The valet parking here is predatory. The spots are not clearly marked - we saw cones blocking a few spots, then parked in one that did not have a cone or any indication that it was a valet spot. As we walked away I looked for any sign that said "valet only" and all we saw was a sign that said "Maxwell Valet" and an arrow pointing towards the back of the lot....where ALL the parking is. When we returned 15 minutes later a valet car was parked behind my car, and when I asked the valet to remove, apologizing if we'd unknowingly parked in an unmarked spot, he said he would only move the car if I gave him $20. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. After trying to reason with him for a few minutes I ultimately just gave him the cash because I didn't have time to contribute arguing. He never showed me the valet rates, so I have no way of knowing if that's even what it costs to park there. I cannot find any contact information for the retail space to verify that this is in fact their policy and that the valet didn't just pocket the trying bucks, which I'm sure he did. Disappointing, because this is a very cool place with fun restaurants but we will think twice before returning.

Love the restaurants here but there is nowhere to park. My favorite restaurant is not even half full. No foot traffic at the cafe. Few people outside. Parking is at 110% capacity. No idea who planned this out but I feel bad for the businesses here.

This is a nice plaza with great food options from Asian chicken tenders at Ponko Chicken, to Rena's Italian Fishery & Grill, and a cute little dessert shop called July Moon Cafe with a nice little rooftop. There are a few others, but I haven't gotten a chance to check them out yet. There's also an option for activities like the Fairway Social for some golf. I will say that the parking here can be very limited during popular times (weekend lunches and dinner for sure). There is some street parking along the road. There is valet available, I believe for $7.
