Went there to return an item without the receipt, all tags attached (new and unworn). I am a loyal customer and I was very disappointed how the associate talked to me and handled the situation. I ended up calling Customer service and they not only went over and above to make things right, they apologized for the poor customer service. Please do better going forward.

I went BACK in today to get the security tag removed from my blanket. The girl yesterday said it had none. I go in today with my recipet and the old Hispanic woman with the very VERY short hair said “lady don’t get upset” when I just asked her to remove it. She said she needed it in its original package to do so. It’s a pain to bring it back, but then to not want to do it because it wasn’t in its original package is crazy work. How about an apology? How about you don’t argue with patrons

I was in this store Sunday morning around 10:00 . The gentleman at the register was good . I wanted to have my receipt e-mailed in case I needed to return any of the clothes I was purchasing. I tried to type in my email but I was getting #’s . The nice guy couldn’t produce a receipt . He called twice for assistance before someone came . Elena was not assisting a customer & seemed to be working on something in the store . Store was not busy . She was rude & certainly did not possess favorable customer service skills. She continued to try to produce a receipt which was crazy since it had been about 15 minutes. I said key a return & a new order . Finally it was complete after I said it multiple times . She definitely was not friendly & her attitude was not good . I will not return & will shop at the Woodstock Rd going forward

I recently visited the store and found it to be quite busy. Despite the crowd, the staff didn’t really handle it smoothly. Jessica, in particular, stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure each customer felt valued despite the rush. Her cheerful demeanor and willingness to help made the experience much more pleasant. Kudos to Jessica for maintaining such high standards even during busy times!
