I really enjoyed TF Bootcamp. Mathew is very pleasant to work with and builds a friendly and welcoming environment. I never got bored of the workouts, everyday was different. I started "weak" and finished "STRONGER". Thanks Mathew!

The workouts are great and Matthew is a great trainer! He has great energy and even though I've only been there twice, I know i will see results just based on his workout routines! I would definitely recommend anyone to try it out!

Start taking advantage of this neighborhood gem and spread the word! I was looking for a fitness solution in the Chattahoochee HS/Taylor Rd MS area for about a month and I found my way to Matthew's classes. I called to reserve and he welcomed me to the first class by text. I've been really happy with the workouts, even though I have never been a morning workout person. The programs are varied and efficient. Matthew does not have a 'drill sargeant' style, so my preconceptions of 'boot camps' are not a problem. It is go your own pace, if you're feeling it or not on any given day, if you can just make it to class, there's a workout for you. 530am class is generally busiest. 630, 730, and 830 classes currently have room for more students. Matthew is easy to talk to, so just let him know any concerns or goals. Or just workout. He offers a generous Free week trial, so no reason not to try.

If you want a workout that is different and challenging every day, with an instructor who is encouraging and fun, then this is the place for you! My husband and I have been regulars for the last two years and love the format. Don't think that you are not "fit" enough for this workout- Matthew is a great trainer and will modify many of the exercises as needed. He gives food tips and sends workouts when you miss. It's an amazing workout in under 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

I started working out with Matthew about 4 months ago and his classes have become a great part of my life and routine. In a few short months of working out 3-4 times a week and making very slight changes to my diet I am so excited about the results I am seeing. I am now seeing muscle definition in my legs that was never there, my abs are tightening up (I thought they were long gone after three babies), and I'm down to the size I wore in college when I had way more time for exercise! I work full time and have 3 children age 6 and under so life is busy but I have found it very easy to fit a few workouts a week into my morning routine. The results I've experienced are way more dramatic than things I've done in the past (cycle, kickboxing, etc). I was not sure boot camp style classes were my thing, but as I've seen myself get stronger and see the changes in my body they have become addicting. In addition, I of course feel better, have more energy and all of the other great things that come from regular exercise. Matthew is supportive and friendly and I would recommend TRUE Fitness to people of all fitness backgrounds. Give it a month and you will see results.

I have been working out with Matthew at TRUE Fitness for over one year and it's been a great experience. I look forward to seeing what he has in store each morning and the class dynamic is very enjoyable. The workouts are always different and always challenging. Matthew provides instruction to modify exercises for people at various levels and/or to accommodate for those with injuries. I love that he provides workouts that can be done on your own when you can't make it to class. I appreciate that he has allowed me to bring guests visiting from out of town so they can get in a challenging workout while they are away from their routine. TRUE Fitness provides a great total body workout and it's truly never the same routine twice. I definitely recommend TRUE Fitness!

I have been attending TRUE Fitness boot camp with Matthew since it opened and I love it. I have exercised on and off for many years but this is the first time I have been consistently exercising 4 or 5 times a week and it shows! I've never had toned arms or legs and now I do. People think I'm crazy to workout at 5:30am but it has become a habit that's so easy. Whenever I can't come to class I miss it so much! Matthew couldn't be a nicer guy - he is always happy, always smiling and always encouraging. He creates a very positive workout experience without all of the intimidation you find at other gyms. The people who attend these boot camps are very nice and work very hard, but they do it smartly under Matthew's guidance. He reviews proper form at the beginning of every class and makes sure we cool down after every class. No class is ever the same - Matthew has created hundreds of workouts so it's always a surprise when we come to class. I'm sore every week so his workout address different muscle groups. Under his care and guidance, I have come to truly appreciate exercising and have accomplished way more than I ever thought I could. Bring a friend and give TRUE Fitness a try!

I have faithfully attended TRUE Fitness Indoor Boot Camp since Feb 2013. Not only have I gained muscle mass at an astonishing rate (7lbs in 4 months per hydrostatic body fat testing!!!), I managed to keep my cardio fitness up, despite only doing boot camp on most days. The owner, Matthew is not only technically superior, in demonstrations and in making corrections to your form as needed, he is also an engaging instructor who does nutritional coaching. Even more importantly, he is supremely encouraging and motivational---no drill sergeant style yelling or shaming here! He is very fit yet each workout has modifications and/or regressions that take into account the level/limitations of everyone in each class. No matter where you are in your journey of health, Matthew will enhance it! In fact, for me, this is the first time ever in my adult life that I have been active this consistently and I credit this fact in part to Matthew's effective programming combined with his personal attention. I heartily recommend TRUE Fitness to anyone seeking the very best group training experience.
