The woman I spoke with seemed in a rush to get me out of the building. I asked if I could buy some tie-downs and she completely ignored my request and said this transaction is separate. Yeah, I get that but I asked if I could buy some tie downs not if I could include them include them in my order.
Also, she gave me my total and then immediately asked if I had a card on file to charge? I said I wasn't sure, but she said I did and immediately changed the card before even asking if I wanted to use it, which I did not. I asked if I could use a different card and she said no this one was already charged. Really would have been nice if she asked.
At this point, I wanted to be out of there as much as she seemed to want me gone. I'm even surprised she walked me to the truck, to be honest. Also, the blankets I paid for were not in the truck at all even though she made it a point to mention I ordered them. I'm so glad I'll never have to use that location for moving even again in my life. Horrible customer service with a horrible individual.

I would like to THANK Rachel at McFarland 400 Storage for being the ABSOLUTE BEST of the U-Haul brand. Rachel deserves 10 stars out of 5. She is a genius at understanding logistics and went above and beyond to make my move a success. Rachel's customer service is the BEST that I've ever experienced. Rachel quickly and professionally turned what was going to be a nightmare started by other companies to an efficient time saving experience.Shane, at the same location was a rock star at meticulously assisting me in loading my Corvette on the hauler. Shane took the time to provide a custom load method for getting my car on and off the trailer. My trip was a success and the truck itself was very easy to drive and quite comfortable. The McFarland 400 Storage has many accolades on their walls for Top 100 U-Haul facilities. Their customer service is second to none in any business. THANK YOU RACHEL!! THANK YOU SHANE!

Usually have great experiances with this location but this time we were given a uhaul that had a tire pressure monitoring system failure warning and was told its okay. Seems like a serious liability issue.

Had an early reservation, didn't even bother opening the store on time. No one picked up when we called, go somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. Went to return my one way U-Haul truck & trailer rental. They told me it would cost me $500.00 to turn truck and trailer in to them. I had to drive another 14 miles to a secound U-Hual location to turn in my rental. Stay away from this place. If I could give them NO Stars I would. I think the guy was just Lazy and didn't want to do his job.
