I love Ulta. However, I went in for foundation and color match because the foundation I used for years was changed. The woman that was suppose to be helping me. I asked her what shade took the place of the one I used previously. She said “I don’t know.” So, I asked can you help me find a color that would be good. She said “I will give you ae and you can test the different ones” instead of making suggestions, she stood over to the side texting on her cell phone and never once asked me anything. Poor customer service. Why is she there getting paid, if you don’t want to work and text on the job.

The people that work here are really nice but the prices are higher than other shops.

I try not to shop there unless if I have to because their customer service is bad and I do not get help often. I drive further to the Suwanee or Norcross location instead. It takes them quite a bit to check people out because they are chatty and have no common sense to keep the line moving.

Booked a makeup appointment for my birthday weeks ago- salon CANCELS my appointment an hour before my appointment today! Where can I find a make up artist in an hour! Destroyed my entire event! Never Book at the SaLon!! NEVER poor customer service

I don’t live in GA, but the store manager. Alex, noticed someone trying to use the points I have been saving for years at their location and found it suspicious. She went above and beyond to protect my account. She went as far as to call me and explain the situation and flag my account to require ID be present everytime my points will be used. She has been so amazing and I am so thankful for her attentiveness and kind spirit! So hard to come by today!!! Good job hiring her Ulta! And thanks again Alex!! :)

I went to Ulta by North Point Mall. I had gotten a sale catalog and wanted to check out a few things. When I looked for a salesperson, there was no one around, and they did not seem busy. Some of the beauty products that were listed as 50% off for "lash day" were not marked, and again, no one to ask. I moved to eye shadows. The place was a mess! Testers missing, the ones out were almost gone, stuff gooped up. I finally found one I like but up no products out to purchase. Again, I looked around, no help. I opened a drawer under the "display" where things were stored when a very rude employee who was already with a customer who came in after me asked if she could help and that I was not allowed to be in that drawer. I told her I looked in there because there was no product out to purchase . She said it didn't matter, I could NOT be in there. I told her to finish with her current customer, I would wait. A few minutes later her customer checked out and again no help anywhere. I layed down the few things in my hand and left. I will not be back, Sephora was happy to have my business.

Today I ran into the Ulta store in Alpharetta, GA #1308, and I needed to find a last minute Valentine’s Day gift for my husband. Zena immediately walked over to assist me and suggested a Gucci Guilty fragrance gift set, which I loved!!! When I got to the counter Mimi greeted me with a smile and several compliments and Austin happily assisted in grabbing me a Gucci gift bag for my purchase. The energy in this store is so welcoming and it makes me want to continue to do business with this company… not that I needed another reason to come to Ulta! Thank you for such a great experience!!! Great customer is truly a blessing and this team will win every time!!

I have been to this location at least 10 times and every time I go the cashiers act differently when I approach the counter. They go from being full of cheer when whites approach to pay for products, to being quiet and rude when other ethnicities approach to pay. I gave them 10 separate shopping experiences to fix it but they continue to do it. I never had this experience at Sephora or other Ulta locations. Won't be returning to this location. Whatever experience you have as a cashier, you must remember that each person you interact with is a new person.

I am not a person who used make up stuff and I haven’t had any reason to be until my daughter had a dance with her dad coming up I was concerned about what to do. I have heard of these types of stores and thought maybe it might be helpful, but I was nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. I walked in and explained what I needed and everyone was so nice and helpful. Nancy did a phenomenal job creating the perfect look for my daughter and it was just so amazing. Everyone was so warm and encouraging and just so nice. They made my daughter feel so special and were so sweet with her and Nancy did a perfect job of just right and the whole experience is making me tear up all over again just trying to write this. If you are reading this and are trying to figure out some of the fancying up stuff and are feeling overwhelmed, there is a whole store of folks that are so sweet, helpful, and supportive. There’s that saying “it takes a village to raise a child” and this was one of the most sparkling moments of a group of strangers taking us in to make my daughter’s night (and her dad’s and mine). Thank you so much to the whole store and an extra special thank you to Nancy. We are customers for life! I walked out with a bag of stuff for skincare that is feeling amazing beyond the amazingness that happened yesterday as well! A great store, great employees, great products!

Jenna is an absolute rockstar and incredible stylist!! The first time I saw her she gave me the most wonderful haircut and I walked out feeling so happy and confident! She even corrected a haircut that I felt was beyond repair and made me feel so great. She has the sweetest personality and is incredibly knowledgeable. Definitely recommend seeing her!!!
