I took my Amazon return and was charged $9 for them to tape my package? Seems a bit opportunistic to me as this has never happened to me at a UPS store for an Amazon return. Won’t be returning here, there are plenty of UPS store that I’m sure will happily take my return.

Rude and very unhelpful man runs this store. He’s smug, combative and doesn’t want to lift a finger to help find packages, which is his sole purpose. Never going back while he’s still there. He should be fired or the store taken away from him by corporate. I will now choose to avoid UPS where ever possible and avoid that store like the plaque.

The worst experience I’ve had with this UPS office. The girl standing at the reception was rude and not helpful at all. They were so unpleasant that I didn’t even finish my task and went to a different office. I strongly believe that the good reviews are just from their friends and relatives trying to boost their ratings a bit so they don’t lose face. Otherwise, they’re terrible

Had to Fax over some documents…. Had I known the price before hand I cerntainly would have went to the library or tried a different method. Almost $25.00 to fax over 15 pages. My fault for not asking but that’s pretty steep for a simple fax. Can buy several packs of printer paper for that. Should disclose price before hand or have somewhere that list the prices.

I absolutely agree with the negative reviews. I have been there twice now and it is always the same behavioral pattern: rude and impolite, no respect for the customer, no greeting, they ignore you until you address them directly. After that it is endless incompetence, in regard to basic service, it is not possible this, not possible that, internet is down, you have to come back later... etc. The manager seems to be offended when you ask questions. How dare I enter his shop and contribute to his revenue.

It's amazing and ridiculous how consistently and blatantly rude the older man is - every time I go in. It's like on Seinfeld. I've tried all kinds of tactics to win him over, almost like a challenge to myself ha, ha, and he is still outrageously rude. Very condescending. I just go in and use the self service desk to drop of my packages, as it's a convenient location for me. I avoid him at all costs. The lady is nice about 90% of the time, which makes the visit bearable if you HAVE to interact with the staff. It's quite entertaining watching him interact with the customers and see their reaction to his 'service'. Not good for the UPS brand at all.

No one answers the phone and last time I was there I needed 1 8.5x11 sheet of paper printed and they charged me $8 to print it. Absolutely ridiculous!

This UPS store provided the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The staff seemed more interested in asserting authority than offering genuine customer service, making interactions feel like a chore rather than a service.
To top it off, they charged $3.50 for a single page printout, which is excessive, especially considering other nearby UPS stores offer this service for free.

I agree with the negative reviews. We've been coming here for years, but this place shows little regard for customers. I was in line when someone cut ahead to ship their items, and the woman at the counter checked them out, ignoring the fact that we were in line first. This behavior is disappointing.
