I had an awesome experience at this UPS compared to others. They offer a very easy way to print labels (just email versus having to log into my computer at other places). More importantly, the guy at the front desk was super helpful. He also helped me to tape my label as well as my package. At other locations, they usually expect all of this to be done by oneself and just to keep the package ready. I highly recommend this UPS location.

1 star will have to suffice, would give this place zero if optional.Go literally anywhere else. I know one worker isn’t a reflection of the whole establishment, but unfortunately when they’re the person you’re dealing with for interactions it stains the whole place.Lady at the front was rude and disrespectful. Treated me like I was a dumb child who couldn’t follow basic instructions even when I would politely state I couldn’t understand what she was saying.She had a very thick accent and while I understand the frustration she probably feels consistently being misinterpreted or misheard. She was not extending the same understanding and patience to me.Asked for help with a shipping label, she misheard and directed me towards and email, I was looking at another sign, to make sure all the items in my package where able to be shipped, and she snapped at me twice to look at the email.Additionally, when I could not understand was she was asking about one of the items, instead of explaining it differently, she snapped at me three times and yanked the item from my package and said whatever it was again.Frustrated at this point and embarrassed as she was making a scene in front of the whole store I simply said yes to end the interaction.If you enjoy being made to feel like a fool, or dumb for respectfully asking questions or asking then to repeat a question then this is the perfect store for you.I myself have worked in customer facing jobs, I understand that it can be difficult and people can make things harder. But this was my first time shipping anything off and I would have appreciate the same kindness and patience I was giving her, back to me.

Cannot believe I'm publishing a review on Google at all ... let alone for a UPS store. No sense of urgency, employees act as if they're doing YOU a favor, AND 2ND time they lose an amazon return package. I take it packed and ready to go - they just have to scan the QR code. I see them scan and somehow the item never makes it to Amazon. Mistakes happen but combined with the attitude, it's a complete lack of care.

Absolute rude lady working there, any time I go in she’s always rude for no reason. I just go to drop a package off for usps and she has to make an issue about it for no reason. All i needed was the label tapped on and I could just drop it in the bin, not asking much. She needs to be talked to or fired this is now the 3rd time she’s been like this when i’ve come in.

I recently visited the UPS Store near by in Alpharetta (12850 Hwy 9, STE 600, Alpharetta, GA 30004) like last week. It has all kinds of services like courier/shipping service, faxing, notary services, printing, computer accesses, etc. The service there was good. The workers there were so polite and kind. The purpose of my visit was about shipping. I wanted to send a package to my relatives (out of state). They received the package and they told me everything was well packed and not damaged. And the prices were also so reasonable. Overall, I’m very happy with the service.

This store committed actual fraud against me to steal $313. An employee named Hazel assured me that if I paid $313 for 2-day delivery it came with a money-back guarantee. When my package didn't arrive in 2 days, I called back and Hazel promised me a refund. When I didn't get the refund within a few days, I called again and Hazel told me that the store didn't process refunds directly, but I would be getting a check in the mail directly from corporate in 6-8 weeks. When no check arrived after 2 months, I called AGAIN and finally got a different employee who told me there was no such thing as guaranteed delivery. Realizing I'd been lied to, I tried to dispute with my credit card, but because Hazel had tricked me into waiting more than 30 days, my credit card told me I was too late. I'm out $313, and Hazel and this store stole from me.

I never rate this low but this location needs to improve on customer service skills, greeting customer and friendliness.Some of their fees are totally unnecessary.Buy a roll of tape just to seal a letter form enevelope

My recent visit to UPS Store 12850 located at GA-9 Ste 600 in Alpharetta, GA 30004 left me utterly disappointed and questioning the standards of customer service provided by this establishment. The experience was marred by the shocking rudeness of one employee, Ms. Ajitha, and the overall lack of professionalism displayed throughout the store. I strongly caution anyone against using this store's services unless you are prepared to endure wasted time, money, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Despite encountering a barrage of negative reviews, I decided to give this UPS store a chance, hoping that perhaps the situation had improved. Alas, my optimism was swiftly shattered as I experienced firsthand the very issues that had been highlighted by countless dissatisfied customers before me. The alarming consistency of the negative comments and my own regrettable encounter reaffirmed the harsh reality: the service quality remains abysmal, and Ms. Ajitha's unapologetic rudeness is an unfortunate representation of the store's culture.My visit to this store was specifically for notary services, a routine task that should have been executed with efficiency and courtesy. However, my interaction with Ms. Ajitha was marked by her dismissive demeanor and the startling assertion that "each UPS store is unique." Her statement, implying that their arbitrary charges and rules are beyond question, reeked of complacency and a complete lack of accountability. The suggestion to "call and check with whomever you want" regarding their inconsistent policies only further highlights the store's lack of transparency.As someone who has been a loyal UPS business customer since 2018, this visit has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I should continue utilizing UPS services. Relocating to Georgia should not have resulted in such a sharp decline in the quality of service provided by UPS. Despite the overwhelmingly negative feedback from customers, the apparent lack of improvement and the silence from UPS itself are deeply concerning.I cannot recommend UPS Store 12850 in Alpharetta to anyone seeking reliable and respectful service. The unfortunate reality is that, despite the multitude of negative reviews, the store's management has failed to address the glaring issues, leaving customers to suffer the consequences of poor service and disrespectful behavior. It is my hope that UPS takes these complaints seriously and takes immediate action to rectify the deplorable state of affairs at this particular store. Until then, I implore others to explore alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and respect.

The service is pretty good here . I would absolutely recommend people to go to this location . The woman who is working in this store named Ajitha helped me a lot in notarizing my documents as well as shipping my documents . I am very satisfied with the service and location . I would be using this location going forward for all my shipping services .
