Store advertised an early opening on Saturday of 9:00 (earlier than competition), so I go there, and it is not open. I waited 15 minutes and saw at least 5 other people walk up, look at the sign, look at their watch, and walk away.
Wasted my time and gas to go here. Ended up at another one on Jones Bridge and Sargent that advertised open at 9:30, and it opened at 9:30.
I’m disappointed and the owner is losing money.

Be sure to call before you come - published hours say they open at 8:30 am on weekdays. It’s currently 9:05 and the store is still closed. I’ve watched 5+ people walk up to the door just to have the same revelation I did. Usually have a good experience here but they need to update their hours if they’re not going to open on time!

I have used this location for over 15 years ! Around 6 months ago everything changed ! All new staff and rarely anyone working here that was knowledgeable!
Today I walked in to check my mailbox and a young person was behind the counter I spoke as soon as I walked in. I was not acknowledged at all. Once I finished gathering my mail I said “have a great day “ again not sure even acknowledged!!! I pay to have a box here and if this is the direction their service is headed I will be rethinking that! I don’t know if there is new ownership or what has taken place but it is NOT the service I would recommend nor do I wish to be ignored as a customer when no one is in the store and the employee is so lazy and rude they can’t speak. This was NEVER the case previously!

Great service very friendly and professional I was highly attended to, store was clean and neat and the assistance were very professional and helpful don't ever have an issue whenever I come to The UPS store here and highly recommend UPS store....

Don’t use this location! We dropped off a package (worth $1400) and paid for 2-day shipping last Thursday. The package never made it to the UPS hub, much less the destination, so it was either misplaced or stolen. We’ve been trying to get in contact with the store manager since it was lost and have heard absolutely nothing from them. The employees at the store have been helping as much as they can but without manager assistance video footage cannot be accessed. Unfortunately we’ll be filing a police report next.

This used to be my go to spot for my printing needs. Not sure if the old staff I'm used to has left or they just weren't in today. Also, the implementation of a $1.36 charge to email my print order to the computer, was cheesey a real turn off. Seeing as how there is no other way to get the print to the copy machine......just say you are adding an additional $1.36 charge for each order..... Because that's what it is truly.
I came organized with 3 separate emails.The first batch print five copies, second batch two copies, et cetera. At this rate it's just cheaper for me to buy my own ink. So thank you for inspiring me to do printing at home.I don't have to leave the house now nor pay you.

Hate that solicitors are allowed outside your store. Negatively impacts business as people, like myself, avoid going in due to it.

Came to this UPS store.. never been so disappointed with UPS. The lady is yelling at customers and she could explain nicer way. I am not coming here again for sure. I rather drive other UPS.

Excellent experience !!!! I would chose this store over any other UPS store, FedEx, or USPS. They were very patient and kind with me with my multiple print, scan, mail job.

I’ve had good experience with this location until yesterday. It’s a new employee I haven’t seen and she clearly didn’t know what she was doing yet acted very authoritative and rude.
I had a Amazon return and brought it in the original box however she insisted that it had to be in a packaging box. I told her it didn’t need to be in a packaging box because that’s what Amazon said but no, she didn’t want to hear it. She was very condescending and acted like I was saying something crazy.
I took the it to a different UPS store and they took the return, no problem at all.

Visited the store over a year ago and experience was fine. Was in the store on December 20, 2023 to pickup packages and return Amazon purchases. It was a horrible experience. Their system was partially down and caused issues and staff was rude. They insisted I had to purchase an envelope $5 to return to Amazon. Amazon clearly states no worry with packing a UPS store will handle. Went back in today to pickup another package and asked about the return I had not received. I was told that I shouldn’t have come when their system was down and it was not their problem. Will not bother those team members again with my business.
