Visited the store over a year ago and experience was fine. Was in the store on December 20, 2023 to pickup packages and return Amazon purchases. It was a horrible experience. Their system was partially down and caused issues and staff was rude. They insisted I had to purchase an envelope $5 to return to Amazon. Amazon clearly states no worry with packing a UPS store will handle. Went back in today to pickup another package and asked about the return I had not received. I was told that I shouldn’t have come when their system was down and it was not their problem. Will not bother those team members again with my business.

The owner is beyond rude and condescending! The way she treats her staff and even customers is really bad.

I've been visiting this UPS Store for almost a year. Their customer service is outstanding. Jane has been such a great help to me as I've had to get dozens of notary documents signed and I've never been charged more than 4.00 per notary signature where other UPS Stores are just charging what they want, so I avoid them and ALWAYS come here because I'm treated right every time. Thank you Jane.

Update: I emailed the owner who replied and got no reply. Not surprising.The older woman dramatically ROLLED HER EYES and shook her head in a way that was obvious to the whole store when she saw me walk in. I tried to make a joke to make the situation less awkward, and she responded “it’s people like you bringing us Amazon returns all day. It’s not even 8:45am and we get 800.” …I was returning one tiny item.I don’t know what goes on between Amazon and UPS, but don’t chastise the customer for simply going where they’re told.I wouldn’t have written a review based off one experience (everyone has a bad day!), but this is par for the course for the <10 times I’ve been. Luckily the UPS store nearest my house is staffed by a lovely family with whom I never experience these issues.

Terrible UPS Store. They claim they will not take usps packages because their store is different. This is the only store that has given me trouble. I would not suggest them.

I usually like this location but arrived at 6:15pm (listed closing time is 6:30) and it was closed. There were two other customers also arriving at the same time. Very disappointed.

I need to return a double purchase from Amazon. Usually the place I return things at is Whole Foods, but this time it only gave me UPS stores as an option. I really didn't even know this location as here! It is in the sane shopping area as Kroger.Once I filled out the info on Amazon it kicked me a QR code and then I went to the store. I walked in, there was a small line due to the time if year, but it only took a sec. I handed them my package, they scanned the code l, and I was done!The place was clean, staffed, accessible, and easy! And it was closer then the Whole Foods location.

I have been utilizing this location for some time now. I've never had any problems, the prices are reasonable and the people are great! It wasn't until I visited another location nearby that I realized what a treasure this is! The other store had doubled their prices, added a $6 charge and and had terrible customer service!As a real estate agent I print a lot and highly recommend this location for your needs!

First UPS to tell me I have to pay for them to print a shipping label for an amazon return. Ive never had this problem. Also told me i needed a new shipping container for a return when i had the original packaging it came in. Great way to waste my time. If you need an amazon product return, go somewhere else

We had the veggie omelette and it was delicious. The don't have decaffeinated tea. The vibe is very upbeat and cheerful.
