I used to come to this place which used to have a good service. Today I come for a notary at 1:50 pm. The officer told me she forgot her sealing, so the other notary will arrive at 2:00 pm. She recommended me to go to the Pubix shop near by. I came back at 2:15pm and the other notary did not arrive. The officer called her (not in front of me) coming with the excuse that the other notary is stucked in traffic. I really got mad, instead having this done in 5 minutes I wasted 35 minutes. I won't come ever to this office again!

I had to get fingerprints done for a state license, Bakula was fantastic and a huge help! Took less than 5 minutes, very grateful for her assistance!!

I wish I would’ve seen the reviews before coming here. I would recommend going elsewhere if you’re trying to get fingerprints. I arrived 5-10 mins early for my appointment. They asked me to step aside by the window while she helped a customer. Then, 7 customers came in and she helped them first. Then, 3 more people came in and she continued to help them. I had to rejoin the line because at the point I was over it.

I recommend you go to another facility allowed rather than UPS for fingerprinting. There was only one person there running the front as well as fingerprinting, 5 people all arrived at the same time. Therefore it was very rushed. My fingerprints were rejected the next day. Now I have to drive 30 minutes out of the way and take more time from work.

Mr. Suri is very helpful with your needs. He is very knowledgeable and provides enough information you need for your job. I will go here again if I need to as this is closest to me. I hope they continue better service like this. This is at the road junction and has plenty of parking as there are other shops around.

I came in to get fingerprinted and the machine broke down after multiple reboots and on a call with IT, she was unable to submit them. I was told to come back the next morning. I arrived at 9am and was told fingerprinting does not start until 10am. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD TO KNOW WHEN TOLD TO COME BACK THE NEXT MORNING.

Do not come to this location for fingerprinting. Stood there for 1 1/2 hrs and because they were done incorrectly, they got rejected. Now I have to go to Atlanta. The system kept crashing and one of the employees was watching videos on their phone most of the time. They also rejected people who had appointments. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.
Update: the other business in Atlanta had no issues and they were accepted immediately further confirming why you shouldn’t come here and just take the drive to Atlanta.
Update 2: There’s another reviewer named Rachel who expressed her experience about being denied fingerprints. I just wanted to testify that she was one of the people who came in that day and was rejected so her experience is 100% correct because she mentioned as she was walking out that she had rescheduled her appointment. So that’s further evidence of the mistreatment of the store employees.

Incredibly rude woman here. Turned me away from an appointment I made without apology or acknowledgement. I had cancelled a doctor’s appointment and drove very far out of my way. An apology or any type of kindness could’ve gone a long way. I wouldn’t give this rude person my business ever.
