I really wanna give it a zero star. I feel like USPS should fire all their employees and switch to AI and robots. They just hire anybody and just showed how bad of a job they do in delivering. They delivered important documents to the wrong address.

Every time I send a package here, it gets stolen. I’m led to believe the receptionist is stealing and committing fraud . It’s also like people are purposely getting jobs at these postal office to either steal information, your items, or set you up.

This post is in regards to the 1295 Bluegrass Lakes Parkway Annex location. This location services my address, but the Annex location houses my mail. The most recent issue involves a package that was marked as “attempted delivery” and “held at customer’s request.” I want to be absolutely clear—I did not request that the package be held. I received no communication from USPS regarding the delivery attempt or any changes to its status.
It was storming yesterday, which I assume may have impacted delivery. While I understand weather-related delays, I do not accept an employee unilaterally deciding to mark the item for hold without contacting me. This directly interferes with my plans, as I was relying on the timely arrival of this package.
I have had multiple conversations with management over the past year about similar issues—delays, miscommunication, and poor handling of my deliveries. I pay for home delivery and expect reliable service. Being forced to retrieve my package due to an internal decision not to deliver it during inclement weather is unacceptable.
UPDATE: After calling again this afternoon I was informed that my package was now out for delivery. I received an email shortly after from the manager at the location stating my package was delivered. Lo and behold, the package was delivered to the incorrect address. This is ridiculous. Next step is to submit a complaint to the postmaster general.

Line was long and I only needed to drop a postage paid package off. A nice male employee on his way out to lunch perhaps assisted me and I didn't have to wait in the long line.

While it does get busy the staff is very efficient and really nice. There is a woman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember (Indian descent I believe) at the counter who always has a smile and a warm greeting. Then there is a man named Arthur who is also very kind and helpful. Lastly, there is a man named Cooper who works in the back and helped me find a lost package. They go above and beyond and have a positive attitude.

literally below 1 star review for this area. Packages get misdelivered all the time and their support is literally the worst I've ever had the displeasure of trying to use. They don't give a shit if it's life/death medication that they misdelivered.

yuck! it’s noon on a tuesday, the post office is full & the staff is in there arguing about who’s logged in to what computer so they can get their money out the till. dismissive asf, no one is getting their questions answers to the point people are literally walking out.
if you don’t know the answer to a question, find/call somebody & figure it out. smfhh “i don’t know” is insane.

The service was decent, but the state of this place is shocking—filthy and completely disorganized. It’s hard to believe USPS would allow a location to operate like this.

Staff here is wildly incompetent and rude. I had a mail hold that was for pickup only. When I came here on the final day of the hold I was told they no longer have my mail and it was delivered 4 days before the mail hold period ended. When I told them I no longer lived at that address, the “supervisor” said it’d be forwarded. I asked her how that was possible since they don’t have my new address and she waved me off, yelled for the next person in line, and refused to make eye contact or acknowledge me any further. Grossly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. The two ladies working there this afternoon were very rude. I have not had to return something before at a postal service, so the process was new to me. It was handled with the utmost disrespect. I was talked down to and did not get any help.
