incompetent passport service office that doesn't properly explain any procedures about walk-in time.

Let me save you some time for passport related issues. This facility's OWN WEBSITE says walkin hours are 12-2 on a Saturday. When you get there, they inform you that you have to come in at 8am actually and sign up to come back during open hours. No where on their website does it say that. It is an incredible disservice to citizens that a government office is run like a third world country's broken down system. If you are supposed to come in and sign up, mention it on the website. Now we have to wait a whole another week. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent.

I have been to two local post offices; opened a ticket online AND with the Customer Service # with no answer to our inquiry. I'm being told that the USPS cannot paint/repair our cluster boxes at our business location. I was told we cannot touch it as it belongs to the USPS but they cannot do anything? I'm so disappointed in the customer no service.

This is the worst post office ever!
Paid for new mail box keys over a week ago still have not received them!
You have to keep making trips up there
Canât talk to a person on the phone!
Iâll never go here again!!

I needed form filled out for a damage claim and supervisor REFUSED to fill it out for me ! So my claim was denied ! doing appeal now went to old Milton and they were courteous and filled it out no problem! Skip this post office.. Webb bridge supervisor also âimplied â that I broke the items :giving me a look saying he didnât know âwhoâ broke the items so he would not fill out form ! Ridiculous!!

Only giving two starts because the lady that helped me was so sweet after a day full of rude people. The passport walk-in time online is incorrect and so are the hours given by phone. The âwalk inâ procedure (at least on a Saturday) is for you to arrive at 8am and sign up for a time slot. I arrived at 10:58 to ask because I had already spent the day waiting for another location to open and the rude employee there made me think to check before the stayed hours of 12-2. Glad I checked before hanging around for another hour.

I only shipped here twice and both times package issue. Package was sent to wrong address they changed the zip code and 2nd time package was delivered empty but still taped up. Don't ship here they have a theif working here. Always have someone weigh your package in case delivery ends up empty. Don't use automated machine.

They dont have to try much to get this rating as they behaved so bad without any reason. May be thats their natural way of talking as they have that job to interact with public and make other people day bad.
I dont know the name of employees but she has colored blonde hair and had super attitude problem.If she is the manager then great, usps given her the opportunity to humiliate customers based on color.
Dont try to defend yourself as your Karma will come back to you.

Terrible customer No service.
They need to get their act together.
I would rather pay double the price at UPS than watch these workers being incompetent, rude and dysfunctionalâŚ
On top of that, the postwoman broke my mail box trying to shove a very large package in my mailbox instead of dropping it off at my door.
I wanted to complain to the supervisor, manager, etc at that location however I could not reach no one. They kept telling me to come back.
They need to get trained to be respectful and professional before they are hired. Itâs ridiculous.

Very unclear what to do with passports when I was just looking to change my name on my existing passport. One clerk was there and she was super rude to people asking wordings. She shouted loudly at a poor guy as if he was deaf when he just didnât speak English. SMH.
