The rudest most unhelpful and unfriendly staff. We went to the published walk-in hours for a passport today and was told you needed to stop by at 8 am to get a number. This is not in any of the instructions provided. The women proudly announced that if we did not have a number to leave and come back at 8 am on Saturday and then return at 2 pm. If this was the process, okay, but it is not. The woman at the counter then went on to sneer at us and laugh with a person at the counter about how we could stand there all day but she would not help us. There were families with small children and people who had taken time off from work following the published times and instructions. She could have offered an I'm sorry, but we have a new procedure or even let us sign up for Saturday instead of having to come again on Saturday at 8 am and then again at 2. NO compassion. NO professionalism. This woman is a truly terrible representation of the postal service.

Unfortunately, we had a very rude and unkind lady serve us. My task was simple but I witnessed her be incredibly rude and disrespectful to a few ladies in the queue.

I visited this post office on 03/02/24 for fingerprint, I was very well attended to! all very professional and polite people! these employees at this location should be looking at other locations and training the employees! thank you very much

USPS consistently messes up things with ZERO accountability. And all the employees just act confused. - I would avoid using them like the plague if possible! There are so many other shipping options

I visited to have my fingerprints taken for FBI documents. The employee there advised me that my fingerprints were too dark to be collected by the USPS machine, so I should have them done at the police station or City Hall.I followed the advice and drove 30 minutes to the police station, but it turned out that fingerprint collection for FBI background check was only possible at the post office, so in the end, my time was wasted. I went to another post office, and the fingerprint collection equipment there was new and was possible without any problems.1. There is a problem with the fingerprint collection machine there. Instead of making nonsense about my fingerprints being dark, replace the machine.2. They wasted the customer’s time by giving incorrect advice without proper knowledge. I know they have good intentions, but make sure you do your research before giving your advice.DO NOT GO THERE FOR finger printing. Their machine is not working.

Old lady was extremely rude and might be racism to Asians. She tried to force me using self service and refused to help me only because she tried to leave 30 min before they close. By the way, I used self service once and my package got lost.

The postal workers at this location are rude and impatient with certain ethnicities. I've observed that they're friendly with certain Ethnicities and rude to others. Being friendly isn't in their job description, so that is ok, IF they're helpful in accomplishing what we're there for.The last time I was there to ship a large package, the gentleman behind the counter quote me $175 to ship when the website said $62. I pointed this out and his rely was a curt "this ain't the website, you can call and talk to them". I drove over to the Milton usps immediately and shipped the same package for $62. So either they're incompetent or worse racist. Either way, I'd suggest driving down to the Milton usps, you'll have better service.

Wanting to mail a simple item. Waited in line 20 minutes get to the counter and asked for direction on which envelope to use and the woman had an absolutely nasty attitude. Not willing to answer questions or help. Had to ask if there was any other postal service around and she yells to go to Avalon……. Save yourself the embarrassment, frustration and your time, Just go to Avalon. This is ran like a joke. Definitely see why UPS and FEDEX are rated better

The passport walk in timings on their website is misleading. One needs to go in early at 8am and sign up on the sheet inorder to come on Tuesday from 2 to 3pm. It's first come first serve and with just one hour, its very challenging to get appointment

The staff especially a lady there needs some manners! They are no instructions where to stand or line up in order to return a package, for her KIND INFORMATION not everyone has to use USPS everyday and hopefully NEVER have to again! But yes basic politeness is required. We are humans and i definitely understand English too.. so LADY OVER THERE be kind! If only I got her name.

Don’t rely on them for fingerprinting. Drove over 30 min here to be told “the machine doesn’t work”. No other options other than driving a really long distance somewhere else. You need more than one machine and keep them operational or remove this location as fingerprinting location.

I ship lots of packages through this USPS for my business. They always dispatch them promptly and never delay them. The self serve kiosks are slow but very convenient being able to skip the counter line. Very friendly counter staff though, and they help out a lot when I'm having issues with shipping or payment. Just avoid this location during weekday lunch hours... lines are stretched out the doors.

Destinee helped me get my shipment out and answered all my questions patiently. They do have a long line at times, due to limited staff but do their best to get everyone helped.They have a separate line for package pickups.

Claudia was wonderful this morning. My business hadn't received our mail for the past several weeks and Claudia not only found our missing mail, but also researched the underlying problem with the driver and gave me a follow-up phone call. All the while with a great attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and I'm sad to hear she won't be servicing this station anymore.
