Bert has been absolutely fantastic helping both myself & multiple family members of mine this past week! He’s resolved numerous issues and set us up with the best deals possible to get the devices that fit our needs. Paul assisted us on one occasion as well and offered some great additional help. These two gentlemen run the store SO well and couldn’t be more kind or helpful. I won’t go anywhere else for help with service/devices as long as Bert & Paul are around! :)

Update: The young man working yesterday (Sunday, November 20th) was excellent. He assited me with my inquries and also displayed amazing custmer service to everyone who came in after me. Well done.

Paul helped me. Absolute pro about my whole situation. I had bought my IPhone 15 Pro 33 days ago. I brought it in, I wanted to swap it for the Pro Max. I said I’d pay for the restocking fee and difference in taxes. He said ok, let me do the whole deal despite being over my 30 days by 3. Wonderful experience and a I bought a new case. Easy done.

I’ve waited 48 hours to write this review waiting to see if the Dewayne the DM would return my call or text and he hasn’t. Two weeks ago I went into Verizon, which is now Victra an Authorized Retailer to pickup my IPhone 15. I asked to pick it up and just go. The younger associate said that he was going to call and have the E-Sim activated for me.After waiting for a while I go to pay and there is a $39.99 set up and go fee. We talk about this along with Dewayne and I clearly explained to them in the beginning I didn’t need them to transfer anything over, and if that if I’m paying over $225.00 in taxes and setup fees per phone and I have three more left to do I’ll just go to Apple. Dewayne agreed and waived the fee and gave me his business card and told me when I came back to get the others if I had issues to call.A week later my wife goes in to get hers and our sons, and Candice is there. My wife tells her right from the beginning the conversation I had with Dewayne about the “ set up and go fees “ . Candice tells her she can’t waive that fee, it’s built into the price, and they continue to discuss this and Candice starts tearing up and tells hers that they get paid on commission for those fees. She tries to call me and I don’t answer because I’m on a plane flying home and as sympathetic as she is she told her again she is sorry but this was already established but myself and her boss. After being there for nearly three hours and setup on their slow WiFi server and Candice claiming she couldn’t get in touch with DeWayne or anyone manager to tell her how to take the fees off my wife gave in and paid the fees.The next day I come in to get our son’s phone, tell her I’m not paying, just charge me for the phone and tax and I’m gone. My wife walks in and demeanor changes. Straight attitude and rude. My wife leave and she checks me out and when I get the receipt notice the set up and go fee charge on there twice but credited once. I point it out to here and she begins to argue with me that it wasn’t charged. Two minus one equals one . Well I go to explain it to her again and she calls the Alpharetta police department, tells them on the phone while I’m standing there I threatened her, racially threatening her, claimed my wife was going to get her and she wasn’t there. Yet when the PD showed up they found no proof and the witnesses inside said nothing of the sort. But the cops did agree that I was charged. Granted this is over $80.00 but it’s principal now.Bank knows this now as a fraudulent charge.

We switched to Verizon and had an incredibly difficult time getting our numbers to port over from our old carrier and to activate our new phones with Verizon. We’d been dealing with the issue for almost a full week. I had spent hours and hours at a time on the phone with customer service but no one could get the problem resolved. It was so frustrating that Verizon couldn’t solve the problem. Finally we were sent into the Windward Parkway store where we met John. He was so kind and actually cared that we’d had such a difficult time just becoming Verizon customers. He worked diligently with the customer support team, being transferred 3 or 4 times but he persisted. Every person he spoke to he advocated for us as customers. Keep in mind, we didn’t buy the phones from him, so he wasn’t getting payed to handle our issue but yet treated us as no differently. Finally after 90 mins, 30 mins after his store had closed he along with the tier 2 support team my phone number was ported over and my new phone was up and running. John went above and beyond the call of duty. He could have easily thrown up his hands and said sorry about your luck, but he didn’t. He showed us kindness and had genuine concern for us and the seemingly no win situation we were in. There isn’t anyone I could recommend more and who cares about doing the right thing more than John at the Windward Parkway store. Verizon should consider themselves lucky to have a guy like John representing their brand. I can’t thank him enough for ending our cellular nightmare.

There was only one guy in the store. We were the only customers. He was busy on his phone checking his photos. He was not paying any attention to what I was saying. I told him to get over his task and then may be he can help. He said, I am just multi tasking.I took an Appointment and was visiting the store after talking to customer service on phone. The guy in store didn’t honor the offer Verizon customer service confirmed with us on phone. Actually he was least interested in us. we came to get an extra phone line.It was a waste of time coming to this location. This guy is not living Verizon values.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mystery at this location and it was nothing short of an incredible pleasure. Mystery was working the store alone, on a Saturday and business was brisk. Mystery worked the entire store, discussing client concerns with all, deftly diagnosing the issues and solving the problems. Mystery spent almost an hour correcting my new phone activation issue and while the staff at the North Point location store in Alpharetta was rude, no help and was only concerned with telling me "we close in 15 minutes so I can't help you", Mystery was the exact opposite. A raise is in order for her and for new or existing customers who are looking for a top tier experience in customer service, Mystery is the choice.
