I drove past my closest Verizon store to come to this location because of the great reviews, but I am very dissappointed with the service. I came at 11 AM when the store was supposed to be open from 10 AM, but the door was locked. After standing outside, knocking, and waiting for about five minutes, someone finally opened the door. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment… just a rude attitude right from the start.
I asked him about a current Verizon promotion, and not only was I given incorrect information, but when I pointed it out, I was brushed off with, “I don’t know about that,” and told that online deals are different from in-store deals. Funny enough, I went straight to another Verizon store afterward, and they immediately knew what I was talking about and helped me without any issue.
This location completely failed to meet even basic expectations. Thoroughly disappointed and won’t be coming back.

This is NOT an official corporate Verizon store… so any account issue takes ten times longer than needed to resolve! Went to pick up a new device and was there for 3 hours only to still NOT leave with the device.

Kenyatta is great! She was personable, helpful and patient. She took the time to discuss options on phones and plans without trying to upsell me. When we ran into an issue, was able to solve the problem quicker than the customer service line.

I waited 45 minutes. No greeting or asking what I needed. 45 minutes later, they asked me; all I wanted was to drop a phone off. They told me I need to go to a corporate Verizon location. Unprofessional! They need to be retrained on customer service!

Store hours on Google say open at noon on a Sunday, visited at 12:25 and it was closed. Store hours QR code doesn’t work either.

I came into the store this morning right as it opened to upgrade my iPhone, and Jared was there by himself. He was so nice and immediately jumped into my account to help me. He explained promotions clearly and even pointed out details about my account that allowed me to add more devices. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but he also carried a great conversation the entire time, which made the process enjoyable.
Even though I don’t live very close to this location, I’ll always choose to come here because the staff is outstanding and the store itself is such a good experience. Highly recommend!

Kenyatia was so kind and helped me quickly and efficiently. I was there for a phone upgrade. She explained all of my upgrade options thoroughly and expressed which she thought I'd like best after talking to me for a few minutes. She was very personable and explained things very well, and was patient with me when I didn't understand something. She helped me find a case for my new phone, and put on the screen protector like some sort of screen protector wizard. It can feel daunting going to the phone store (I had put it off for weeks because it is usually such an unpleasant task.) But she made it less of an undesirable errand and I really appreciate that. Such a sweet employee she is! She greets everyone warmly as they enter the store.

Kenyatta had my online order ready when I walked in the door, then proceeded to go above and beyond when she realized my bill could be lower. I’m not surprised to see her name in every review. Start to finish a delightful experience. I will definitely be returning to this location. It put all previous corporate store visits to shame.

This Verizon store was extremely helpful and got my trade in deal done fast and efficient. Kenyatta was the most helpful verizon staff. Her efficiency is truly amazing 10/10 recommend this location!
