Really? On top of the astronomical high prices you charge for food and drinks and now you’re going to gouge us more by not allowing us to bring chairs and have rent them from you? You are terrible people.

This is a great venue that is laid out and managed well for its size. Staff were present, friendly, and attentive.
Would love to have seen a little more variety in beer styles (an amber or brown option, for example) and a couple more vegetarian options (besides cheese pizza and fries). Otherwise, 5 stars!

The concessions WILL over charge you. Make sure you know exactly what you’re getting and the price. Ask for a receipt.

The parking at this venue is THE WORST I've seen in my 30 years of attending concerts and outdoor events. Even if you pay for parking and have a lot assigned, we were told to follow traffic to another lot over 3 miles away from the venue...only to be told that one was also full and had to find alternative parking 4 miles from the venue and walk.... I would tell anyone and everyone that attends a show here, ARRIVE VERY EARLY. We missed the first 5 songs due to the complete cluster that is the parking at AmerisBank Ampitheatre. They really need to invest in better parking options here.

Everything about this venue is excellent from the parking to the vendors to the seating and lineups. We saw Maggie Rogers here. Such a lovely experience. ??Giving it 4 stars because the sound wasn’t super elite but it could have been for a variety of reasons that night. Would definitely go back!

Parking here is such a disaster. We won’t come to concerts here anymore because of it. We left a concert early and still sat in our car in the same 50 yards of the parking lot for 53 minutes because they cannot get cars out. It is a very dangerous situation. And on top of it, the parking attendants do nothing but stand in the way. They don’t help at all. After 53 minutes we finally go out of the grassy area and onto the road. It then took about 20 more minutes to get out of the amphitheater area. Again, go see a concert somewhere else.

Went to a concert and had a great time. I understand that y'all have rules, but let some girls dance together for one song with their stuff on the ground. Kinda ruined the whole experience for me.

Our first time going to Ameris for Maggie Rogers (6/11/24) was a great experience. Parking was easy, the lawn was great and had plenty of room to spread out, sound from the lawn was good, and lots of friendly staff. Bathrooms were plenty and shockingly very clean. I will note that they do enforce their bag/chair/blanket policies and saw a few people in front of us not able to bring in items that didn’t follow their rules. We didn’t have much trouble leaving but we did leave prior to the end of the concert to avoid the rush. Will definitely go to more shows here!

How was SESSANTA you ask??? Ha! Puscifer, A Perfect Circle and Primus All sharing a stage was a little taste of heaven for me. we had amazing seats so the weather wasn't an issue for us personally because it was raining throughout the night. However parking was horrible that would be my only complaint. We got so jammed up trying to get parked we missed the first three songs. They even stalled for 20 minutes trying to give people time to get in there because the whole crowd was literally sprinting in the rain to get to their seats. I wish that could have been more organized because The setback caused me to miss one of my favorite songs but I should have left earlier and accounted for it I assume ... So I suggest that. Also if you plan on eating or drinking anything bring a lot of extra cash lol It was crazy expensive. Free refills on the fountain drink though so that was a plus. Happy 60th birthday Maynard James Keenan we drove 10 hour round trip to celebrate with you and it was worth every minute of it ?

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this venue is. Me and my 14 old son have seen some great shows here but the service we had, far outweighed the entertainment. Miss Corey Lowe is 10 stars. She does not skip a beat. She remembered our names and what we ordered the last few times we came to the shows. Absolutely amazing experience! We’ll be back for the impeccable service that happens to go with awesome entertainment as well. ?

Attended the Niall Horan concert there. Parking was included when I bought my ticket, but the lot was fairly long walk from the venue. Wear smart shoes I didn't and I regretted it! I don't know if it was just the event I was at, or if it's just the venue, but all transactions where card/contactless and no cash was accepted. We bought general admission tickets and we were on the lawn and there were some views that were obstructed but most areas had a clear view of the stage.

Great experience for a concert! Staff was super helpful. Security was quick scanning people in. Betty was the sweetest with guiding and helping us get to our seat. She has done concerts for 20 plus years!! Then I lost my phone in the women’s bathroom and Grace was so kind and ensured that I not only got my phone back, but that it really was me it belonged to. A gem!! Great ambience, staff, and music.
