Very nice staff. Very easy to talk to. Especially since it had been 35+ years since my last eye exam. But the downside is they do not allow anyone in the actual exam room, even an advocate for the patient. That is why my wife did not make an appointment and I will not be back again. Have to treat your clients with respect!!!
Edit: I do not wish to be a part of your family. At this point. I will not ever set foot in any of your facilities again. I would recommend that anybody else looking to go to one of your facilities....Think twice!!

Dr Yu and the staff were excellent. A negative was that I was required to purchase a 6 month supply of contacts at a time. That was very negative for me financially and was NOT the policy of Visionworks in the past, as I have been their customer for many years.

Bad service , We arrived 10 minutes late because it was raining and someone was blocking the way to get to the appoiment. There was no one else in the entire office. And so the unprofessional and inflexible person did not want to serve us. We have been going to SSE optometrist for several years because we love the doctor. But unfortunately due to the poor service from the staff we had to go somewhere else. The place was EMPTY.

Not sure how good the doctors services are because we were turned off by the unclear sign on the door saying there was no doctor and the receptionist not being very receptive.

Update: I emailed customer service as requested and have not heard from customer service or anyone at this Northpoint location. They simply do not care about their customers at all. This location is a scam as well as their customer service department!
I went to this location for my annual eye exam. I have been wearing contacts for years and have never had an eye doctor to get my prescription wrong, however the eye doctor in this location did even after an eye exam. One eye was way too strong and the other eye was completely blurry. I went back for my follow up and literally waited in the eye exam room for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to assist me, after being told she would be right in, finally when I was about to walk out, they let the doctor know I was there. I received another trial pair that finally worked and was advised by the doctor that she was “finalizing” my prescription to order my contacts. I went on vacation a couple of days after that and was expecting my contacts upon return. I called once I got back to check the status of my order, no order had been placed and I was advised that the doctor would call, never received that call. Here it is two months later after my initial visit, I still have no contacts. They are very disorganized, and I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know about my experience as I am sure my insurance company has already PAID them!

My wife went for her contact lense fitting and the lady there was incredibly rude, making faces and gesturing as my wife was trying to get the contacts in to the eye - have never had such a bad customer experience in my life. This was my wife's first try at contacts and instead of being encouraging she kept saying why is it difficult and kept counting down the time as if she sitting for an exam. We asked for the manager and he/she wasn't present in the store. We have to keep going back as they won't release the prescription without the fitting - once that is done we will never go back to that location again

Starting to make prescription lenses with them 4 years ago was an incredible experience! Since last year the experience was very bad, the quality of the lenses was very bad and I had to return them 4 times because they cracked! Now they have a person working named Debora who has no idea how to talk to customers! very badly ! The manager is very nice, very polite, but she can't allow people like that at work!

I talked to the office manager on Monday about tighten my frame because it kept falling off my face since last week. She said i can bring it by 15 minutes before they closes, which is 7pm. Due to heavy traffic i missed being there on time. They closed on Tuesday, so i tried to go there today (Wednesday). I called before going to see if i can also get the eye exam, but nothing is available until Monday. I'm going on a trip this Friday so so told her that I'll make the appointment after I return but i will be there today to tighten my sunglasses frame. She, (I believe her name was Meghan)said there's no doctor so they can't do it. I explained it's not the lense issue, only needed to tighten the frame so that i don't lose my glasses. She kept saying that they wouldn't do without a license doctor is presently on duty. I asked for the manager she put me on hold for 30 minutes before I disconnect and call back. This time a different person answered the call. I believe her name was Deborah. She basically yelled me and said that they had no licensed eye doctors on staff today so they can not adjustmy frame no matterhowmanytimesi asked, but they cannot process it without a licensed eye doctor present. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't even let me talk. Neither of them offered any options.
So did it come to this, just to adjust the prescription glasses to be able to fit on my face and not falling off, I need to have the doctor available? This never happened in the past 5 years at Visionwork. On top top of that both employees were just plain rude, specifically Deborah and no help at all. It seemed like those two employees run that place and didn't care about the patient/client/customer health.
Only reason I'd go back to that location is because of Dr. Chung. She's super nice.

I am beyond impressed with the staff at Visionworks at both the Johns Creek and Duluth locations. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as fun to work with picking out my new glasses. Two pairs of my glasses and adjusted and clean them for me and investigated all my pricing and discount options so I was thoroughly informed. I won’t go anywhere but VisionWorks. They also get the latest styles like these Coach Aviators and the new Ray Ban tortoise aviator sunglasses.

VisionWorks off of Northpoint Pkwy rocks! Great customer service, friendly staff, and attentive doctors. Highly recommend them!
