You'd think the negative reviews on here are exaggerated, but you'd be wrong.

The worst customer service!!! Particularly the pharmacy- beyond ridiculous!! For the life of them can't seem to understand what "pick up all prescriptions at once" means! SAD!!

This is the most schizophrenic pharmacy on the planet. Their "systems" dont talk to one another. When you call the automated refill service, they tell you it doesnt alert them - so what is the point? You have to call anyway. Then they charge you different co-pay amounts on the same prescriptions you get monthly. They are truly disorganized. You wait forever in the drive through...b/c they are so all over the place, they keep you waiting while they call your insurance and try to see why the amount is always different.. they have no clue what they are doing. Please avoid this location.

If you want a horrible customer service experience, this is your place! I try them over and over because I live so close and it's always the same disappointment.Attitude and zero effort a plus.

I have been to hundreds of convenience stores and drug stores in my lifetime. This has to be the worst managed drug store in the state of Georgia. Wait time to check out is atrocious. Staff lacks any sort of customer service ability. Pharmacy lacks any knowledge of basis medicine. My recommendation to corporate is to find a new management team or shut this location down.

I would imagine that this store is very understaffed and I truly don't know how a pharmacist can keep up with the volume, especially considering how hard it is to get a tech. I have friends who are pharmacists elsewhere within the Walgreens system and it sounds like a true nightmare. All that being said, the people who helped me at the drive up window were friendly. I didn't need to wait for the pickup so I cannot comment on how long it took. Picked up next day with no issues.

Very very very slow prescription pick up service. It doesn't matter if you go inside or the drive thru, time will stop and cease to exist. I would imagine they are short staffed, but that has been the case for 1 year. I'm waiting for the dinosaurs to return as I sit here waiting, time now seems to be moving backwards, I'm getting younger, wait I don't need these meds anymore, now I'm to young to drive, back in diapers.

Lab tech has poor communication skills and speaks with a condescending tone. Went for a flu shot and waited for 30 minutes just to be spoken to. Then told to wait an additional 20 minutes. It was definitely understaffed, but the experience would've been better if the pharmacist and tech actually acknowledged people and were polite. Never going back.

Went for my COVID booster some time back - but it's worth noting just how organized they were, and the pharmacist was just great. They stayed on schedule - which here in the Atlanta area is unheard of, and they were thorough but also got you in and out quickly.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went to pick up a prescription and the lady named Kylein asked for my name. She got my last name wrong and said I had no prescriptions available. Honest mistake so I gave her the correct spelling for my name, I told her T as in Tom. And she fixed it. Then I have her my date of birth and she got that wrong too. When I corrected her she told me, "Don't get an attitude with me!". She's the one who couldn't hear me and was putting the wrong information so I was just politely correcting her. She had the attitude that she didn't want to deal with me from the moment she started helping me. Apperently this isn't the first time she's been nasty like that. I'm switching to CVS soon anyways so i won't have to deal with her rude attitude.

I dropped a disposable camera off at this location in Feb. Once COVID really hit the US, I was patient and figured the pandemic was (reasonably) the cause of the delay in getting my photos back. I called the store in March to check on my camera and was told there was no order in the system for my camera. I didn't press at the time due to COVID and figured I would try again later. Almost 7 months later I tried to call again and was still told there was no record that I ever dropped off film to be develop, so it can't even be tracked. My film was completely lost and now those photos are lost forever.

I visited this Walgreens because my local store did not have the vitamins I was seeking. I used the Walgreens App to find out that this store had 2 bottles of the vitamins in stock. The App said that the product was Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off. When I arrived at the store, the promotion was not displayed next to the products on the shelf. I brought this to the manager's attention and showed him the promotion on the App. He agreed to give me the discounted price based upon what the App showed. I really appreciated his customer service, because I would not have purchased the product without the sale price. Later I visited the pharmacy to get a flu shot. The pharmacist personally assisted me. The process was simple. The pharmacist was friendly and professional. Based upon my interactions with the store manager and pharmacist, I'll definitely return to this store when I'm in the area.
