Highly, highly recommend using another pharmacy, any other pharmacy. I would if I could. This pharmacy is completely uninterested in actually helping provide any sort of customer service. They speak in a dull, unprofessional voice and if something goes wrong, you basically have to figure it out yourself.

This pharmacy is unbelievable. To start, I have insurance, always have had insurance. I cannot fill Xarelto here which this pharmacy treats as a controlled substance. My last refill was on June 29 and I tried refilling on August 10 and they said it was too early. Meanwhile Walgreens sent me notifications every day reminding me to refill this prescription Xarelto. Xarelto is not a recreational drug. It’s a blood thinner. I will die if I don’t take it. This Walgreens appears to like having the control over people and making them feel like drug addicts because they want to fill a prescription they must take.

This is the actual worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacist Emma is one of the rudest individuals I have ever had to communicate with. It takes hours like HOURS for things like amoxicillin to be filled. They give zero cares about peoples time. I have called ahead knowing it takes hours and have been told to “come now it’s ready” and when I get there they tell me it will be another hour and one time was even told to come now for them to tell me they didn’t have the med in stock and it would take 2 days…… go to literally ANY other pharmacy.

Very bad customer service. Extremely rude pharmacist. Taking more than 4 hours to fill a script. Did not get done before pharmacy closed. Did not advise customer that pharmacy closed at 6. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for Walgreens.

The pharmacy is always outstanding. Outstanding, friendly, and, knowledgeable staff. At times when I am line waiting to pick up my prescriptions, I am always in awe at how patient and friendly the staff remains when it is busy and there can be some difficult customers taking up a great deal of time. I am on a large number of prescriptions (so I have come to know the staff very well). They have always had my prescriptions in stock (aside from a rare instance when a drug is having a shortage at all pharmacies). I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This place is awful. Severely understaffed by people who don’t care. Need a critical prescription for your child? Get ready to wait 3 full days until they get around to it and then wait at the counter or drive through when it’s ready for pickup. This place should be shut down.

Excellent store! They have incredible service. I came in to buy a cane, and the manager told me to wait up front while he went to get it for me. He was incredibly kind and courteous. I had a glorious experience at Walgreens.

I just want to say, I will now be shopping at Walgreens from now on. Literally the entire store from pharmacy to check out up front after having to run in for something else after the drive thru, was an absolute pleasant surprise at how professional and courteous the staff. So thank you, from the manager lady at the front who helped me to the gentleman with the mustache who waited on me patiently and the Hispanic lady who found my items in the back and every one else there making Walgreens an amazing guest experience. 5 stars

I'm done with this pharmacy. I stopped by today around 1:15 PM to pick up a prescription. I walked right up to the pickup window as there was no one in line, or waiting in chairs, nor were there any cars in the drive-through. Even though there were at least 5 people working, including one gentleman who walked past me at least twice (working on the drive-through computer even though no one was at the window), it was as though I was invisible. How hard is it to acknowledge a customer's presence and let them know someone will be with them shortly? This isn't the first time I've walked out of this pharmacy without being served, but it is the last. I'm moving my business to the Kroger across the street where I already have one prescription. The Kroger Rx is a little less convenient, but the people are friendly and efficient.

ive been coming here for yrs & normally have no problems. however today the lady at the counter had the absolute worst attitude & zero customer service. definitely needs to go home & try waking up on the right side of the bed tomorrow. very rude & confrontational.

Amazing pharmacy team?? I had a prescription and pain. Asked girls prepare my drugs as soon as possible. They did it for 5 minutes. They just saved me?? Really appreciate! thank you so much! you are the best??

Wouldn't fill a prescription that was a valid prescription from my doctor. Wouldn't give me an explanation. The only reason I went to Walgreens was because Cvs didn't have the inventory. I have rheumatoid arthritis and will have it for the rest of my life. My doctor has my medical records, my MRI/x-rays and blood work and they write prescriptions for me as needed. A pharmacist should have zero say in what is prescribed by my doctor ‼️

Got my prescription done an hour early, and the front counter staff and pharmacy staff were super friendly. I get meds, food, drinks, you name it from here, I just moved up here from florida I'm glad this is my pharmacy!

Pharmacy should convert to retail shop. too much waiting 1 star to pharmacy but 4 stars to the front pakistani employee "newton " who was running one man show, taking a crying toddlers picture and then running to front checkout for customer, coming back to the photo booth, Asked her about manager and she said she was the shift manager , while trying to help me again went to the front checkout to ring customers while apologizing to me then again back to photo that too with a warm smile trying to convince me how they are trying to be more better service which I highly doubt . Walgreens should hire more employees like her. I hope they focus more on pharmacy than the retail business,
