Transfer Station not available to public, only commercial. Not posted anywhere on the WM website and calling the location sends you to an automated answering machine. Colossal waste of time driving to this location only to find out I couldn’t pay to leave my items.

Horrible service. They don't pick up the trash as stated by customer service. If you call customer service, they just give excuses as to why the trash wasn't picked up.

Horrible service, extremely high rates. The only consistency is that they are insanely inconsistent actually picking up trash and recycling. I was told I could not get a credit for the constant missed service because I was a personal account. Makes zero sense.
