I’m a returning Wells Fargo customer and today I worked with the branch manager Jorge. I was impressed with how proactive he was with assisting his team members in addition to personalizing my experience.

This branch is racist from the bank teller to the branch manager. I took my client there who was trying to withdraw money to pay her rent and they treated us like we didn't belong! Definitely will lot be going back there!

Heard terrible things about this location prior to going but I needed to stop in for a quick withdrawal let’s just say I will not be back to this branch I see why they only have 3 stars the teller was extremely rude Wells Fargo if you want to keep you customers I suggest go investigate this location the tellers are horrible I’ve banked with you guys over 10 years an this was my first time having a bad experience inside of a branch

bad service. This bank never has enough staff. EVERYTHING you will need to do at this branch will take WAY too long. take it from me, this bank is a PITA.I would avoid opening an account at Wells Fargo

Walk-in time 4:27 I ask to open a company account and they ask me if I want to reschedule for tomorrow. I say no I need it done today. They don't want to cause they close at 5.... Worst customer service ever. They don't care about the customers. Wells Fargo I'll be canceling all my cards with you!!!

Horrible customer service experience on more than one occasion at this branch from the same teller! I truly tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Teller Stephanie has discriminated against me every time I’ve interacted with her.

Wells Fargo has always given me good customer service but this location has gone above and beyond. Makina (I think that was her name! Apologies if I got it wrong) made me feel like we were old friends and was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Branch. Vern Gwynn is very knowledgeable and Tahanyie is super professional. Yim is fantastic as a business banker. Great Staff and very good at what they do.
