The worst customer service!!! Particularly the pharmacy- beyond ridiculous!! For the life of them can't seem to understand what "pick up all prescriptions at once" means! SAD!!

This is the most schizophrenic pharmacy on the planet. Their "systems" dont talk to one another. When you call the automated refill service, they tell you it doesnt alert them - so what is the point? You have to call anyway. Then they charge you different co-pay amounts on the same prescriptions you get monthly. They are truly disorganized. You wait forever in the drive through...b/c they are so all over the place, they keep you waiting while they call your insurance and try to see why the amount is always different.. they have no clue what they are doing. Please avoid this location.

I called and asked if they had a specific item before going to the store. The manager confirmed they had it. when I arrived to buy the item, they did not have it. unacceptable!

If you want a horrible customer service experience, this is your place! I try them over and over because I live so close and it's always the same disappointment. Attitude and zero effort a plus.

I have been to hundreds of convenience stores and drug stores in my lifetime. This has to be the worst managed drug store in the state of Georgia. Wait time to check out is atrocious. Staff lacks any sort of customer service ability. Pharmacy lacks any knowledge of basis medicine. My recommendation to corporate is to find a new management team or shut this location down.

I would imagine that this store is very understaffed and I truly don't know how a pharmacist can keep up with the volume, especially considering how hard it is to get a tech. I have friends who are pharmacists elsewhere within the Walgreens system and it sounds like a true nightmare. All that being said, the people who helped me at the drive up window were friendly. I didn't need to wait for the pickup so I cannot comment on how long it took. Picked up next day with no issues.

Very very very slow prescription pick up service. It doesn't matter if you go inside or the drive thru, time will stop and cease to exist. I would imagine they are short staffed, but that has been the case for 1 year. I'm waiting for the dinosaurs to return as I sit here waiting, time now seems to be moving backwards, I'm getting younger, wait I don't need these meds anymore, now I'm to young to drive, back in diapers.

This is the worst Walgreens and I hate that occasionally I still have to depend on them. I drive 15 minutes minimum to avoid this Walgreens and would drive double. I still would save time though because they are slow. The drive thru is at least 15 minutes per vehicle, even a simple pick up and their attitudes are so awful. I understand they don't enjoy their jobs, as that is clear; but, one would think the managers would step in at some point. It's bad...

worst experience I've ever had. waited forever as everyone just ignored me. I had one prescription that should take 5 mins to fill as they were just standing around. I asked if I could wait for it and they gave me attitude. then said give us 40 mins.

Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever endured. Horrible service. I went to pick up a prescription at the drive-through window and it took 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I went there today to get a passport photo taken and was told, "sorry, we're out of passport paper." They also are regularly out of stock of standard over the counter medicines. The CVS down the road has better service, as does Publix.

I moved to a new home and started using this Walgreens. Just awful service. Last week, I waited online at the drive-through pickup for my prescriptions and no on even bothered to come to the window for 25 minutes. No apologies for the wait. Yesterday, I had my doctor call in a new prescription and this pharmacy told me this morning they never received it. In 27 years, I've never had a problem with a prescription called in by my doctor until using this pharmacy. I think I'll start using the nearby CVS or Publix instead.
