First and foremost, I think it's important for me to share I never come here to do a full grocery run. I come here for the hot bar and the grab-and-go wraps, sandwiches, soups etc. Truly, I think I stop here weekly so I can get possibly the most random assortment of hot bar deliciousness thrown into a to-go box. Since I frequent this establishment so much, I have come to learn the best time to arrive is right around 11:30/Noon EST when they switch from breakfast to lunch and everything is fresh. The salad bar options typically don't change, and the toppings are endless. I always go for a mixed blend of spring mix, romaine, and spinach and I love to add carrots, cucumber, edamame, chickpeas, corn, and hard boiled egg. They have an assortment of dressings to choose from, but I always go for Ranch. The hot bar is full of amazing dishes and flavors. They offer everything from Grilled Whitefish to Buttermilk Ranch Seasoned Fried Chicken. They definitely have a few staples that seem to be there every time I go, and one of them is the Orange Chicken with Broccoli. The sauce is addicting and sometimes they have Vegetable Spring Rolls to pair with it. I also love their Heirloom Tomato Tartlets, Spicy Thai Noodles, and Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes. Their pizza is also pretty good when you just need a quick slice or two to grab on the go, and the Buffalo Chicken and White Pizza are my two favorites. The cookie bar is also really hard to dodge because it's filled with some of the best cookies I've ever put in my belly. I am obsessed with their Guava Cookie Pie, Vegan Mango Jelly, and Lemon Nonna cookies. Seriously, I try to avoid this part of the store every time I go, but it's located towards the self checkout line and I just cant help myself because they are that tasty. The self checkout line can get really long during peak lunch break hours during the work week, but it does move fairly quickly. I always leave happy with my purchases!

They need to have more variety on the hot food stand.

During the weekend of the lighting of Avalon, I parked at whole foods during the day as a customer. I walked away for a few minutes from the parking lot with my young son because he was curious about the events. We go to the lighting every year, but that is at night. So 5 minutes later we go in Whole Foods, but leave because they were out of what we wanted (as usual). I thought everything was all good. I drive 10-15 minutes to the Whole Foods up the road, go in the store, got what we needed, and came out to a ticket on my car. The security FOLLOWED me to the store to give me the ticket! If I had gone home, that creep would know where I stay. Needless to say, we didn't go to the lighting at Avalon and I haven't and won't return to that location. Tis a shame since we used to frequent it, even though the service and offerings stayed lackluster.

They even charge customers a $55 parking ticket. I appealed with my reciept, but they denied.

Shopping here is really annoying. Customer service needs to be better. They gave me a dirty look when I couldn’t get into my prime account pulled up with my phone number to get the sale prices. They talked to me like a child being reprimanded instead of just helping me link my phone number to my account. When I stepped out the store I finally figured out how to add it. I don’t know why they couldn’t just walk me through it at the customer service counter. Now the number is finally linked and I’m not coming back here if I can help it!

probably the best market. The self service restaurant has many varieties of food at economical prices, perfect for lunch.

We go to this whole food 2 to 3 times a week. We enjoy their hot food bar for the lunch and the organic groceries. My 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the size and cleanliness of the restrooms. The restrooms are so small for this size operation. 3 stalls for the women with 2 sinks jammed in by the front door. How is this to code - for all the employees and customers? Especially when acting like a restaurant with allThe food being eaten in the store. The air flow is bad. That and the smallSize is not good with ongoing Covid. They always smell. The toilets generally need to be cleaned. We have talked about stopping coming to this store,Just because of the nasty bathrooms. WouldLoveTo see this improved.

Clean, fast, well stocked. Great beer prices. I routinely buy a tall one and finish it off in their dining area with a hot meal from their food bar. They let us drink alcohol here, and have $3 pints Wednesdays. The spring water in 1 gal. Is the best H2O I've ever had

I went today, Jan 2nd around 3 pm, I needed to return a tea that I purchased few weeks ago. A woman at customer service, blonde in her mid-sixties was not interested at all in providing the assistance. She got distracted several times with another guy that came to chat with her, then another girl ( all of them employees ) and finally she denied my return based on her incapability to find my transaction since I lost my receipt. I explained to her the tea made me dizzy and I am a regular customer who spends a lot of money in this store and never have I ever been denied a refund, with or without a receipt. She was actually proud in front of these other 2 employees that came to distract her, to deny my return. Really? Is this your customer service with a customer that spends thousands in a year at whole foods and amazon and cannot be refunded $13.00 dollars nor even given store credit towards my next purchase? Send this woman to Costco to learn about customer service. One week at the refunds area should suffice. Unbelievable!
