I have worked with you guys before, and y'all are friendly and do good work but I am very disappointed with how y'all have handled communication with working on my Toyota Camry.I had an accident with my Toyota Camry on February 28,2024 and W&W had told me they can't get to my car until March 18, 2024. So I take my car up there after communicating with insurance. I don't hear anything after I drop off my car and my time with the rental car is due on March 26. I had to come out of pocket afterwards for 1 week. I was told when I contacted them that my car would be ready on April 4, 2024. Well I didn't extend based on what they told me. Apparently that was a mistake because at 4pm on the 4th of April they told me it won't be ready until Friday at the end of the day. I thought that was fine so Friday rolls around and I call at 1 pm and they tell me it will be ready at the end of the day. We were driving to W&W and they called at 5 pm to say that the car was still not ready it was something to do with the wheel, again Im ok with this but because they didn't tell me this I didn't have a car for the weekend which cost me hundreds of dollars because I rely on my car to make money. They told me again that the car would be ready on Monday 4/8, well Monday is here and they don't tell me until later in the after noon on 4/8 that there was a noise coming from my car and it was not going to be done until they get it reapproved through insurance. I asked did you notice the noise on Thursday when you test drove the car, they said yes, if there was a problem on Thursday then why didn't you get it approved on Thursday.I love the work you guys do and y'all are nice people but communication needs some improvement. Ive lost hundreds of dollars (in lost earnings, business & money to go get another rental car one that will be more expensive because during the 30 day period I had a discount with insurance) because they told me that my car would be ready before it actually would be ready.

Great service and everyone was professional. I loved getting text updates almost daily on the repairs. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Blake was very nice! It was great to have just one person to deal with (Blake) and he took care of the painters, repair personnel, buffers, etc. He took care of everything!!!

Took my car in and was really impressed with the customer service. That was the start of a great thing. Everything after the drop off, updates, customer service, and finish product, was just amazing. The car looks like new, the break down of what was done is extremely detailed, and the cost very reasonable for the work involved. Would definitely use them again and would gladly put my name on their company's work. Thank you for making a bad thing great.

Progressive towed my truck here after someone pulled out in front of me. They ended up totaling it after parts were back ordered for so long. W and W graciously agreed to mail me my remaining keys (house keys, fire box keys, etc) as I live about 3 hours away. After a couple of weeks I had not received my keys and called to inquire. The lady that answered told me they had misplaced my address and had not sent them (but didn’t bother to call and ask for it again). A couple more weeks went by with no keys and I called again. This time the lady said she would look into my issue and call me back. I never received a call back. I called the next day and they told me they sent them about 2 weeks ago but may have put the wrong address on them and would see if they were returned in the mail and then call me back. I once again never received a call back. It has been well over a month since I was supposed to receive my keys and I still do not have them nor do I have any hope of receiving them at this point. I am appalled that they would mail something so important to the wrong person and without a tracking number (which was requested)…if they mailed them at all. I was excited to do business here after seeing such positive reviews but can, unfortunately, never recommend this unprofessional establishment.

I highly suggest you take your vehicles to W and W Collision. I have used them multiple times on my specialty vehicles and I’ve never been disappointed! The quality of the paint and body work has always exceeded my expectations. They have always given me great communication on the progress of my vehicle and worked with me to ensure I wasn’t without my vehicle any longer than I had to be. If you have a hobby car or your daily driver that needs repairs , these guys will give you excellent service.

Do not go here! In my paperwork at point of pictures, at intake, and also discussed in great detail over the phone was my front drivers tire that was hit in wreck from other vehicle. That had a huge goug on it and a visible interior chunk gone from it..,they didn’t change it... Allstate had to pay 240 to another tire shop, because of (chuck-owner) treatment towards me was so bad, I never need to go back.. also front desk girl lied multiple times, owner yelled and cussed at me. They didn’t order the parts they were supposed to and again front desk girl gave me her word on doing. Then I get a call after drop off, “ we went to order your parts and I ts gonna take 3 weeks for delivery, and since you’re in a hurry we are just gonna paint it”. I waited over 6 weeks to drop off vehicle because supposedly I was waiting for parts to be delivered before drop off, parts that were never even ordered.. Allstate recommended them, if they recommend you use them, look over their performance reviews, or talk to the Allstate guy Keith/Micheal that manages them. There was more than 4 issues with this company, this is literally all I have time to type… they are that bad.. car looks okay though besides the front fender that’s not centered still.. ? but also just completely unsafe at time of pickup….Services: Tires

The deer did the damage and W and W Collision made it go away. They got my truck in the shop on the day they scheduled and had it back to me ahead of schedule. Communicated with me each step of the repair. Great job!

I chose W&W Collision because the company was highly rated on Google and had pretty much 5 star reviews. I knew my paint color would be hard to match so I wanted to find the best. This company was a 2 hour round trip away from my home so it was not convenient by any means. I expressed my concerns about the paint during the phone consultation and also when I dropped off my truck. They had my truck for 2 weeks and it cost almost $3000 for the repair. My complaints with W&W are not with customer service, but with the workmanship and quality of this repair shop. The paint color doesn't match and is clearly two different colors. I have trash in the clear coat on the fuel door and 6 overspray splatters in the base coat of the paint that were just painted over and never corrected. At the bends of the side panel you can see where the paint was not evenly sprayed and the tricolor is off. Although they said they would repaint it, I am not okay with that solution. They had two weeks to get it right. I drove a total of 4 hours out of my time to get my truck to them and get it back. It should have been done right the first time and I shouldn't have to be without my vehicle again for so long. I even asked about the paint color before I came to pick it up and they said it came out flawlessly. I will let you be the judge of that by the photos.

A rock hit my windshield and caused it to crack all the way across. Its a newer vehicle and with several of the features that my car has, I knew I had to take my car to someone who knew what they were doing. I called around to see who could replace my windshield and it was a headache getting someone who would replace it due to the technicalities of replacing it. A friend referred W and W, and I am so glad they did. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional and eager to help! They went over all of the details and educated me on what needed to be done with the calibrations and so on. They were the ones that informed me on what I know now about the design of my car and features. They treated my car like their own, with the utmost care! Everyone of the staff members here provide the best customer service and I will never take my car to anyone but W and W Collision! Thank you W and W for taking care of my car and providing the best customer service around!

W&W fixed a dent on the rear of my Porsche Cayenne and it came perfect, can’t even tell there was a dent and matched the paint perfect. Great work and service and very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend using this company.Service: Body & Trim
