“Ms. Leslie is very nice. Everybody at that bank is very professional and they do have a bathroom. It is handicap accessible handicap accessible bathrooms, entrance and parking. The environment itself is wonderful. I would strongly recommend if you want to open a banking account whether if it's checking or savings. It is definitely the place to do business at. “The tellers are so nice, friendly and helpful. My dog loves riding with me to make my deposits because he gets a little snack and that makes us both happy!! The bank is about a block from my house so I love the location. Everything has always been easy and just great banking here. I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone!!”

“I really like this bank. I've been banking with Citizens for a little over 2 years and I've never had a problem, and at my local branch in Preston all I have to do is drive up and they know what to do.I also like the app, it's easy to use and you have the ability to send secure messages to customer service and they usually get right back to you. I've also been advised that in a couple of weeks Zelle will be up and running right in the mobile app, this is great as I will no longer have to use the Zelle app. if I could give 6 stars I would. Keep up the good work.”
