Loved our visit at the Windsor Hotel, such a neat eclectic old hotel. So many neat things to see and Floyd who runs the breakfast at Rosemary and Thyme is absolutely the best. He was so polite and personal and took his time answering our questions regarding the history of the building. Look forward to our next stay at The Windsor.

We stayed here 3 nights for a long weekend getaway and really enjoyed our experience! The hotel itself is lovely and you truly step back in time entering the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located in town and walkable to many great shops and restaurants. Street parking is available and the several entrances in the lobby made it easy to enter the hotel.
We are ate at Rosemary and Thyme for breakfast and went to Floyd’s pub for dinner one night. Both were delicious and reasonably priced.
The room itself was nice and had everything we needed. The massive closet was a bonus to tuck away suitcases and extra purchases. We did have an issue getting the room to cool down on our last night, it was a little stuffy without the air running. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
We would love to come back again during a different season and see more than Americus and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Prime location, rooms are nice. Very historical. My favorite part was meeting Floyd in the 2nd floor restaurant for breakfast. He was amazing, and his service was superb!!!

Avoid Room 227 on a Friday or Saturday. It's sits directly above a club that had E.D.M. music playing until 12:45am...in Americus, GA?

Great stay but the front desk staff were unfriendly the entire time and not very helpful but very short. Ordered wings from Floyd’s and not only got the wrong thing but they had so much salt, they were inedible so I took them home. Not impressed.

This is a really neat historical place to visit. The character of the building is so cool and it is wonderfully decorated. This hotel has a lot of very interesting history. Ask about the Al Capone room! The hotel is beautifully decorated right now for the holidays and makes for a lovely holiday photo backdrop. The balcony has a nice view of the town.

Booked a room block of 30-35 rooms with the Windsor for the city's annual Wreaths Across America event at Andersonville National Cemetery. Kristen Lynds, the Sales and Events Coordinator, made this so seamless for my company's group. We hosted a Friday night dinner, and two breakfast buffets the following Saturday morning in the second floor Rosalyn Carter Tea Parlor. She helped recommend menus for us and our group loved every single part of the weekend! A shoutout to Brandi at the front desk, who also was super helpful during check-in, Colton, who was our banquet server Friday night. He helped grab a last-minute table and place settings when we realized we would have more people than planned. And shoutout to Floyd and Gabby, our Saturday morning banquet servers. Nothing but professional and kind the entire time for a group of 35-40!

Great hotel. Classic and always a nice stay. Been coming for 10 years. Has improved over last few years with new owner. It’s a great town, people are nice, pace is slower than a big city and love how it’s decorated for the holidays.
Rooms: Classic rooms with high ceilings and moldings. Step back in time.
Walkability: Right downtown and can walk to everything

Beautiful historical building in a great location. Enjoyed our stay. Nice comfortable beds and hot water.
Rooms: We opted for a room with double beds. Beds were comfortable. This is a very old building and appreciated the character of the room. Slanted floors and all.
Walkability: Many different shops in the area.
Food and drinks: Nice to have options right inside the building. Both restraints were fantastic. Food was excellent.

It's nice historic hotel to stay in Americus, especially very close to Jimmy Carter and Nancy Carter hometown University GSW. I had a good time staying there. Need some room service for people if they arrive after 9 pm and are hungry as this city sleeps early. It was GSW graduation 🎓 day visit.
