“I travel all over Georgia for work and visit Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations regularly. I can honestly say that the Americus location is the best one I've been to.
I live on a dirt road, so my vehicle is often dirty. The team in Americus always goes above and beyond during the prep process, taking the time to thoroughly clean my vehicle and even paying extra attention to the wheel wells and spraying them, when needed. Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none.
In contrast, my experiences at the Columbus location on Veterans Parkway have not been nearly as positive. Most of the time they barely wash my windshield and I often have to search for towels myself after the wash as most of the towel carts are empty and the employees are just standing around. I have a dash cam and should send corporate a video.
Kudos to the entire team at Tidal Wave in Americus. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellent service truly stand out. Keep up the great work—you are the best!”
“This car wash is awesome. I'm so glad i stumbled upon this place. Just 14$ gets you so much. They scrub my grill and rims before i entered. They are very kind and it comes with vacuuming. I really enjoyed and will be returning more often.”
