I get off around 5 and cant get to the store before then. Ive been in here two different occasions and the girl in their acts like she cant help me. I am way overdue for an upgrade and want to add my two teens to my plan. She Told me i cant get the $0 phones and I cant add lines and get the $0 phone as an existing customer 2 years over on upgrade, though speaking with customer service and online says differently, that yes i can. Lost out on commission for a good sale if I was helped. I only wanted two $0 phones added on as starters for my teens. Phones, cases, screen protectors, insurance, the works on all phones.

Rude self-absorbed employees. I had been having issues with ordering online went into the store and the girl was apparently put off by having to get up and do something besides play on her cell phone and talk about guys with her fellow employees when I asked her if she could call & rectify this with someone at the cricket wireless agency online she said no sorry we're closed and I sat in the parking lot and watched her serve two other people after me
