Got my eyebrows waxed here by Angie Hancock, and I will NEVER be returning. On the drive home I discovered my eyelids were covered in wax and every time I blinked, my eyes would get stuck open. It was very painful. My nose, eyelids, and the sides of my face were covered in wax. She used way too much wax and tried to do the whole eyebrow in one yank, which made it dry too long and hurt even more. She also got some wax in my hair. When I called upon returning home to tell her that my eyelids, nose, and forehead were still covered in sticky wax, she didn't even apologize. I would feel horrible if I did this to a customer! Twelve dollars down the drain. I have never left a bad review for a place in my life, but there is no excuse in a professional leaving wax all over a customer, especially their EYELIDS. It was so painful. It took olive oil to get the wax removed without ripping the skin off, and now the entire upper half of my face is bright red.
