Staff is not professional. They do not GREET everybody only certain people. They watch you more than try to help you. I stopped shopping there because I do not have time to be pulling all that tape they use on the products.

Good customer service, the staff was available to help. Excellent product to choose from.

I can't speak for others, but I always go in to look for short wigs and hair products. The lady in back is always helpful and friendly to me. The check out person is pleasant too. I have no complaints.
