Called them to flatbed my wife's BMW to Custom Performance in America, late on a Friday. They came out about ten miles, retrieved the car, and got safely to the shop, which is back the other way fifteen miles, in about forty five minutes. Also, importantly, before the shop closed for the weekend. Outstanding!
