I’d stay clear of this place unless you want to be robbed of your money and then lied to too justify it. Parts department seems to be ok but the service dept are crooks that have no clue at what they’re doing. Lost the store thousands of my money bc I was looking to purchase a new buggy. All over $550!! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere….UPDATE..Took it to Volume Powersports in Tifton and after 2 days it was fixed. It was the throttle pedal. This place had it a total of 2 months and replaced a part that didn’t need replacing. Also said it didn’t have the correct ECM on it which was a lie! Again, it was fixed by another dealer by replacing the throttle pedal!! What a joke this place is!

These guys gave me and spouse the run around for two week. Not returning phone calls or emails . Went there three times. Told is we need consigner, after getting consigner we never heard from the staff . We went to the Ridezilla in Albany and the staff took care of me and my family within two hours we were out of the door with the atv we was looking to purchase and they even delivered to our home for free. Don’t know what the deal was with this location.

Blatantly Disregards Customers. How many people behind the counter does it take to sell an ATV...!?! Zero. Empty store and I was Ignored by 4 guys behind the counter when one finally acknowledged my presence to at least sell me some ATV coolant. Brought in 15k in CASH to buy a new Kawasaki Side x side Mule, and while making ZERO effort to find anyone, I was told that out of the 4 people behind the counter, none were from sales, but there may be someone from sales outside wandering around the property that I could go find on my own. Very unprofessional. This is why people go to Columbus instead of buying local. Thank you for helping me make the discussion between buying a Polaris instead of a Kawasaki...

Probably the quickest we've ever been in and out of a place, in a good way!
Donny was a breeze to work with. We were able to get financed quickly and took no time to get this loaded and brought home! Happy with your interaction and our purchase! Definitely a better deal than anywhere else!

Great selection of machines along with a wonderful staff. Thank you Blake for all your help. I have used Ridezilla many times as a primary source for my powersports needs. Recently had a trade in gone wrong and when most places would have left me stranded, Donnie did me right and even managed to get me almost all my investments back on the bike that failed. I really appreciate him and the ridezilla team for helping me out and most importantly BACKING THEIR CUSTOMERS!
