The manager James at the store needs to do his job.The customer service is horrible.They have the wrong prices attached to items in the store.The manager James was called over by the cashier to go and check the price of an item and he said that is the price without even checking.Like I stated they had to of the same types of items in the section and one was 10.99 and the other 5.99. Why would you have a whole row of items on the 5.99 price and it is 10.99. He attitude was nasty and I almost cursed him out but my mom was with me, so I just kept my cool.They really do need be mindful of hiring lazy individuals that don't want to do their job.

I was in this Roses store on 5/11/22 and I purchase some items and in the moment of paying for my items I dropped my money on the floor and it was 500.00. I didn’t realize I dropped it until I went to my car and I went back in the store to see if someone find it and I asked for the manager to look at the camera to see who picked it up so I could call the police. But he waited until the lady and her kids left store and came and to me that the LP of the store would call me. And his assistance that day was very rude and the manager of the store is a liar. So I wouldn’t go in there because they are liars and they stealing from the store as well! Oh by the way he told me who pick up my money when I called him back asking for the main office number and that was 5/12/22 sorry team in this store

Line was stretched while other associates building displays near cashier area. Only one cashier and she was very pleasant. Stocks scattered throughout store. 1st of the month too...
