Due to family circumstances I was barely able to make to the Americus store 10 minutes before closing 4 days before Christmas. When I arrived at the store an associate was standing in the doorway and the doors were locked, 10 minutes early. The associate refused to open the door. Will not be shopping here again.

A negative 3-star rating (if it were a thing) would be too generous of a rating for this pharmacy. Rapid employee turnover rate and the staff that is there presently are mostly rude and incompetent, most notably the pharmacist himself. I was a customer for years and noticed this gradual quality downgrade in recent years. Well, the proverbial camel's vertebrae-fracturing straw has been dropped and I won't be doing business with the Americus Walgreens again.

Rebecca in pharmacy is rude and inpatient when it comes to customers and their needs. Save yourself the hassle and go to CVS across the street for better customer service.

I've used this pharmacy on and off throughout the years. I've never had an unpleasant experience. My RX has never been messed up, even when I'm between states. If a place is busy, it's just busy. Not the fault of the pharmacy. Thank you!

Customer Service at the Pharmacy is terrible. I set at the window looking at the Tech sitting doing nothing. He watched me for ten minutes before he got up to see what I wanted. I will not use this Pharmacy again.

They only answer the phone to put you back on hold before you can say anything and they ignore everyone at the drive through. Very unethical for disabled and elderly people to be forced to come in to receive service.

Went to the pharmacy ask for Tylenol suppository for a 2&1/2 year old. The lady at the pharmacy counter show where the laxative were. She this is all we have.

I went through the drive through because I thought I would be able o pick up my medication quickly. No, I come up to the window and a woman is standing there looking at the computer she sees me and doesn't say anything. She then walks away and I'm waiting for 20 minutes just for someone to get my name. Not to mention there was no one at the inside window nor was there someone in front of me when I got there. I've come to realize that this Walgreens takes forever when it comes to get medication at the drive through, I should also mention that my prescriptions were ready for pick up since I requested them online a few days before and got the ready for pick up message.

0 stars isn't optional its a shame . Worthless staffing , pharmacy techs that think there Dr's an an even more unhelpful management team ... just shut this location down .. let them have bad attitudes at home !!!!
