I recently needed some paperwork delivered and had planned to use certified mail for proof of delivery. After discussing options with the woman working behind the counter, she came up with an alternate option that went above and beyond for a disabled customer. Thank you ma'am, your kindness was very much appreciated.

Terrible service at this post office. If a package is sent with my physical address and not the P.O. Box they send it back instead of holding it to be picked up. Worst post office in the history of the usps. Doesn’t even deserve one star

Horrible postal service. Many, many packages and mail are sent to my address,which I then take to the person's house. I have many packages that are mone,mine, were delivered to the wrong house and still haven't had them returned to me.

How can you hire and work a delivery job and be scared of dogs? I even put y’all an outdoor table by the fence to drop packages on from the vehicles window! Still won’t drive up to my house. Still won’t drop off packages. I been home when cards were left in mailbox to pick up packages at the post office because scared of dogs. My mother in law is always home. My mom and sister too we all live in a circle on the same Lane. We are the only ones on the Lane. I just do not understand why. I’m not one to complain but I’ve had it. Packages damaged, opened, and gone through; items took out of packages. The usps should not be like this. What happened !?

Mail delivery is unreliable. We have the USPS app with informed delivery. It sends you an email every morning with a picture of the mail you should receive that day. IF, IF, IF our mail gets delivered by the carrier (which I think is her choice as to who's mail she actually delivers on which day) it may be at 9am or 4pm. Several times lately we have have found our mail, important mail, across the driveway, down in the ditch. She'll leave the mailbox door open also. We have never had such unreliable mail delivery. The postal cleck is rude and will hang up on you if you call to complain or ask about your mail, that's IF they bother to answer the phone at all. Ridiculous excuse for a Post Office.

The postal courier chooses who's mail to deliver and when...if it gets delivered to you at all! Important mail gets put in the wrong persons box often! Also, the postal clerk is rude and not willing to help or give you any information about unreceived mail!! Recommend closing this post office or hiring new employees!!
