Very incompetent staff they have no clue what brands are applicable to coupons on the app. Had a coupon on my app that expired today and the lady who i assume was a manager told me it's could be used on my next visit. I still purchase my items however it's sad that employee don't take the time to understand what items are included in there own coupons. I see why the ratings as so low for this location. I will be back when this locations gets better more caring and knowledgeable manager. My cashier Ashley was great though. Very friendly and grear customer service.

Never answering the phone. Always a mess in the store.
When there's a large line, they only ever have 1 register open. Self check out has been out of service for a while.

Everything we try to go in the store there's always a problem either they're machines don't work or they don't have 90% of their product or their machine don't work again and for days they only take cash or they don't have enough people there I seen stores that are really bad when it comes to customer service but this dollar store takes the cake

I love dollar general! I visit this store daily. It feels like. They also have what I need or go for. And great prices. And the workers are very nice and friendly!

Place always looks rough which i understand but the 1 star is for the horrible cigarette smoke smell. The lady stands outside the door and it gets sucked in. My wife’s pregnant and I go home smelling like cigarettes, and I have to get undressed outside my house its just sticks to me. As a common courtesy to your customers, please don’t smoke right outside the door.

Quick in and out if you use self checkout. A lot of times I can't find ANYBODY in the store. Store was messy and some isles were blocked with merchandise. I guess it's not much worse than all the others. Still use it for the convenience

Went to Dollar General in Aragon Georgia and of course they want you to check yourself out. Because their Not putting up any Stock. we'll the machine was messed up and wouldn't except debit or credit cards .so the Young black man had to come to help and got mad and even smart with my 9 Year old granddaughter. If you folks don't like being around folks then you probably need a new job.

The staff was awesome they were very helpful I could easily find everything I was looking for there wasn't a whole lot of people here when I came thru so that was a plus... a small town dg which I prefer over the rushed and crushed city versions

I really wish I could give a better rating, but the negatives were just too many. The stock situation here is pretty bad. MANY empty shelves and displays are pretty common. The stock is there, but just not unboxed and put into place. Stock is out in the floor in bulk, blocking aisles and merchandise that is already stocked for sale. The staff were friendly enough if you spoke to them first, which I don't care for. Also there is a motion sensor notification system in place for when someone walks up to the cash register to checkout, but despite waiting for several minutes, it was ignored and I ended up using the self checkout option. Overall not horrible, but there's plenty of room for improvement here.
