Melanie usually is the one helping me . She is about as pleasant as it gets, her customer service is top notch. Famous words you always get from the post office is give it the weekend, give it a couple more days…. Melanie has NEVER said that to me. She has ALWAYS taken the time to look things up and inquire if needed. I appreciate her kindness and her willingness to help. She’s truly an example of what every person who works at a post office should be.”
