“Came to the store with, what I thought, was a bad battery, because my truck had a hard time starting. Ms. Johnson took out her tester box and hooked it up to the truck. Started it up and the box did it's thing. Turns out that battery, alternator, and starter were all ok. No sale, but also no charge for the tests. I appreciate the honest diagnosis, as well as the very friendly and free help!”
