If you have an issue don't expect them to fix it. If you express your want to change banks because of the issue, expect to hear, "maybe that's best". I have never had a bank just not care about your issues. Colony doesn't care about the customers that keep it running. Colony is the lowest quality bank I have ever had.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have money in my account but my card has been declined twice. And when I called to see what the problem is they say that there isnt one. I will be changing banks shortly. 😡

The younger girls were extremely nice & acted as if they wanted to be there & help out the customers. However, Peggy Rogers was extremely rude!!!!! I've never experienced this type of horrible service never before in my life!! I will be switching banks ASAP!!!!

The employees are nice and helpful at the branch locations. The website is terrible and not intuitive at all (could not find their routing number or where to login for online banking). The Automated phone system is frustrating (hangs up on you), and the call-back service took 6 hours. When you do get a human being on the phone they are nice and try to be helpful if they are not hindered by policy. I feel like a cow being milked and not a partner in productivity, much less a meaningfully respected customer. To be less judgmental they are not that different from other local banking services. They do not stand out from the crowd either.
