What is going on with Roses here in Ashburn ga ? There are empty shelves and the store always looks like a disaster. They finally got some buggies but if they don't reorder to fill the shelves what's the point .

Value your customers. Get off your cell phone, and open another register. The customer in front of me, had an item that didn't have a price on it. She sent her child to get another outfit. It didn't have a price on it. The cashier went outside to get the manager on duty. She did not put her cell phone down. She said they couldn't sell it until they knew the price, and went back outside, on her cell. The customer said there's another color back there, and took off to get it. After standing in line about 15 minutes, I simply put my stuff down and left, as well as the customer behind me.

Very disappointed went in for a alarm clock and walked all over the store and couldn’t find one. When asked the store employee the didn’t know if they had any and sent us to the Opposite of the store and still did not find one pair when leaving seen an area that looks like you could go in and shop because it had razors and curling iron’s in laundry soap I was informed that we were not allowed back there it’s OK no problem very disappointed with the store employees did not know anything

WISH THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS TO GIVE!AFTER WAITING MY TURN IN LINE WITH ONE CASHIER ! I’M NEXT IN LINE SO START PUTTING MY ITEMS ON THE COUNTER AND THE CASHIER HAS RUNG UP THREE OR FOUR OF MY ITEMS ,THEN A LADY WALKS IN GOES AND GRABS A $1.00 BAG OF CANDY AND SEE THE LINE BEHIND ME SO SHE BRINGS HER $1.00 BAG OF CANDY TO THE COUNTER GETS IN FRONT OF ME PUSHING MY ITEMS TO THE SIDE AND TELLS THE CASHIER SHE LATE FOR WORK. THEN WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO ME THE CASHIER VOIDS MY ITEMS TO RING HER UP!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT DID NOT SIT WELL WITH ME SO I MADE IT CLEAR THAT WAS NOT GOING TO WORK FOR ME AND LEFT A FULL BUGGIE WITH ABOUT $140.00 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE IN IT AT THE COUNTER AND WALKED OUT! I WILL NEVER DARKEN THOSE DOORS OR SPEND ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY THERE! HAD I BEEN GIVEN THE COURTESY OF THE CASHIER ASKING ME IF SHE COULD RING THE OTHER LADY UP I WOULD HAVE OBLIGED HER BUT…. NOT THE WAY IT WAS DONE! IT’S THE PRINCIPLE BEHIND IT!!! I DID CALL BACK AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE ASSURED ME SHE WOULD HANDLE IT AND PROMISED IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! BUT IT’S TOO LATE FOR THIS SHOPPER! COOPERATE WILL BE CALLED MONDAY TO REQUEST BETTER TRAINING FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES!
