ABC is the ole faithful of Athens package shops. Great wine offerings with knowledgeable personnel available to discuss selections. Wide variety of liqueurs, spirits, and beer. For me, their tequila options are lacking. Convenient central location in town and sweet deals when buying multiple bottles of wine!

Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I asked if they had something in stock and before I could finish my sentence, the guy cut me off and yelled no.

I had a very poor experience here trying to return a bottle of liquer that was unopened and not needed with proof of receipt. They are in business across the street from not a great neighborhood, I’m unsure if that plays a factor in their decision making. Owner explained their rationale but for someone who has worked in the business a long time reasoning seemed shaky and they certainly made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.
Even with receipt they will not welcome refund or exchange. Surprised that is their policy but it was the way they made me uncomfortable that ensures I will not shop there in the future.

This store was opened in the 80s. They have everything but if you drink wine this is the place. Their prices beat everyone in town. I think it's still owed by the original family.
