America's Thrift Stores & Donation Center is a decent thrift store that is nice, clean, and very organized. Shoppers often find good selections of anything and, 8 out of 10 times, find something cool or fun, from clothing to appliances. Many report finding affordable clothes and items at reasonable prices.
However, several reviews note that prices have gone way up recently, with some items described as overpriced. Customers mention seeing used items priced the same as new ones at other retailers, and that paying half of the retail price for branded goods is disappointing. The experience with staff varies. While one exceptional employee is highlighted for a beautiful work ethic and excellent customer service, other reviews state that cashiers aren't nice anymore, sometimes appearing grumpy, slow, or unresponsive. Some workers do not offer greetings and can seem angry during transactions, with reports of poor checkout experiences.
Despite pricing concerns, many customers still visit and can find affordable items, though the atmosphere and value seem to have changed for some long-time shoppers.
Thank you for your help when we dropped off a donation today! You make donating items easy and the guys who unloaded my car were very courteous and kind.

Still one of my favorite thrift stores but the prices are continuously going up.$30 for used shoes, $10 for donated shorts. If that were truly affordable I would just go to Walmart
