“Man I love Home Depot. I don't even know why. Usually when I go to a store I walk in get my stuff and leave. But I went to this Home Depot to get plants one time and I keep going back. The last time I went, I bought some pretty plants that were SUPER cheap and still thriving. On that same trip to this Home Depot, 2 different people complimented me in the store and then a lady asked me to reach something on a top shelf (i'm really tall) so I helped her and she was so happy. I have no idea what it is but every time I go to this Home Depot I am so happy. Here's a pic of my plants btw”

“This is for Mr Nick regional manager. If it's true that you are going to give me credit for my washer that never worked properly even though I made a request to get it fixed for a whole month. Paid for the washer and dryer set and other products in advance. The phone agreement is bringing my tv and computer up to date on payment for November 2023. Then ordering me a new washer and dryer set for December 2023 at which time I will make a payment and keep everything. If this works out as planned. I have forgiveness in my heart and will not post in social media and will truly recommend this store or Aaron's rental to my 10 thousand plus flowers. I can get a long with the devil as long as he/she stays out of my space. Someone who appreciates customers,I can get along with better! Thanks! I'm a happy camper now. Mrs J Elder.”

“I don’t usually write reviews BUT I went in today and I was looking for a headphone set for my boyfriend and had no idea what I was looking for but I asked an associate, Oscar, and he helped me find literally everything I needed. The store was super great and helpful. Oscar, specifically, even went out of his way to make sure I was fully happy with my experience and I appreciate that especially with the customer service in recent years. You don’t see that everyday! I have never had a good experience in Best Buy and I’m so so glad I went there.”

“I had trouble with a delivery service from ordering through the app (which obviously is not connected to this specific location) and it did not get delivered and was returned by the driver (which was from a service called roadie and not your typical UPS or Fedex) I went in to this location to try to fix my issue, I arrived in a panicked state as I needed a certain item for a Christmas gift and was in a time crunch, Will P. from the Geek Squad at this location was EXACTLY who I needed in that moment. He was kind, talked to me in a way I could understand without making any excuses for the situation I was in, he helped me find a solution that not only worked but was better than I had even hoped for. He helped me find the right item I needed, it was priced extremely well, (best price in my area for the ps5 games I was looking for) he reassured me my issue would be solved in a timely manner (which it was) and he went out of his way to make sure it all worked out for me even though I could tell it wasn't in his usual job description. I hope that he gets the credit he deserves, he really turned my entire experience with best buy from a 1 star to a 5 star. I need to stress that Will P. from the Geek Squad is 100% the reason I have picked 5 stars and that his customer service was incredible!”
