“I just bought my truck and had no sound from my speakers took it by and the owner came out to look at my problem. He spent at least 45 minutes diagnosing the issue come to find out it was just a blown fuse went in to pay him for his time and he said there was no charge for what he did. If you need any thing done this is the only place I would take my truck.”

“After purchasing a TV at BB in Athens, I had it installed by the geek squad as this TV had a complex mounting system. Joel was my technician and his service was impeccable. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond for me by ordering a second part and scheduling a second installation so that he could mount it exactly how I wanted it. He also identified an electrical issue inside the wall that could have caused some serious problems later. We were so impressed by this service that we will use the geek squad for installation on any of our future purchases there!”

They asked me if I needed help finding anything and looked in the back to find the item I had come in for. Everyone was helpful and kind, saying hello and telling me to have a good day when I left. They helped make the start of my Saturday great, and I appreciate how smooth and positive my experience was!”
