Great service! Called to ask for a consultation. He came over to my house while my wife and kids were at home and checked out the kitchen floor. He went above and beyond with telling us what we needed to know. We had some subfloor damage so he told us who we needed to contact. Abd as soon as we get that done, he already has a quote for us that's quite generous for how much he'll charge to do the floor. Great customer service!

Was very disappointed by this company. They over measured, by a huge amount, for the materials for the tile in my bathrooms, the hardwood floors were refinished horribly the first time and another crew had to be hired, at their exp naw to fix it. They messed up the base molding so bad, when refinishing the floors the first time, that they had to be repainted causing extra expense. Please be very careful when considering this company for your job.

We stopped by and the people there were very nice. They said we needed to speak to the owner who wasn't there. They never called us back.

I’ve contacted Alex at Athens Flooring Depot to help replace the carpet from my stairs and master bedroom. He and Sorina were extremely helpful, transparent and flexible throughout the service, from getting me an estimate to finalizing the job. Everything was some in timely matter for a very reasonable price. I’m impressed by their professionalism and attention to details. I would definitely hire them again and am happy to recommend to my friends and family.

Nicole and Vasile were easy to work with. They gave me an estimate for hardwood refinishing including stain and poly as well as a bathroom tile job. Their crews were great. Both jobs were completed very well, on time and competitively priced. The hardwoods in the kitchen were under three layers of vinyl and they also wove in new pieces into 1958 hardwoods where I took down walls. I would use again for my next flooring job. I communicated with them mostly through phone, email and once visited the store to pick out tile.

Walked into the store today. The clerk behind the desk saw me come in and didn't say a word. No big deal. I flipped through the tile samples for about 10 - 15 minutes. No one ever came to wait on me. Store also looked be in disarray. No prices were listed either which is fine, but no one came to ask me about my project or anything so I walked out. On to the next tile store...
