This place is awesome! James was so good to work with and explained everything in detail. They diagnosed a strange starting issue with my Mercedes at a fair price and fixed it in less than half the time the dealer would. Highly recommend!

Please dont take your car here,not informative, didnt fix my car I took my car in for oil leak, it was never fixed stayed there for almost 8weeks total ..I wish someone woukdve told me !!! He gives one price and will call and give you another ..HATE I EVER TOOK MY CAR HERE,NOW I HAVE TO TAKE TO SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX..HOPE NOONE EVER GETS DONE THIS WAY PLEASE DONT..NOW IF ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY POST ANYTHING UNDER MY POST IM GIVING DETAILS I RECORDED EVERUTHING

Please get a written figure as to what you should expect to pay!! I will admit that he is a smooth talker and will make you think he is honest and straight forward. He doesn't know the first thing about keeping an organized desk or paperwork, so I do not know if that is why he can't keep up with the lies. If you know what I know, one problem will turn into two, and two into three and he never stops milking the cow until there is nothing left. Do not let them know that you have a warranty if you have one, WOW will you regret it!!! I would hate for anyone to be lied to the way that I was! He literally stood in the door of Athens Auto Imports and watch me drive out to make sure that I at least made it into the highway!! I do not mind paying for good service, but this guy is a RIPOFF!!! Please save yourself some time, money and a earful of lies. Just keep moving and do not take your vehicle there. Two months later still no change in the way it drives. Paid over $7,000 for a vehicle that will not move!!!

PLEASE...don't take your car there. I don't want to say specific bad things, just don't take your car there folk. Paying $186 to have them tell me it's too complicated for them was welcome news after actually hearing them explain how they tried to fix it...happy to just get my car back in one piece without further trouble caused by them!

Inept when it comes to diagnosing diesel VWs electrical / computer repairs. Charged a huge amount for what should have taken half the time or less. Illusive when asked to describe issues. Probably ok for oil changes and brakes, suspension issues.Services: Electrical repair
