Clean and easy to find! Love this laundry mat. We enjoy the food next to it while waiting. Please hang a sign telling people that if they leave their laundry unattended, customers reserve the right to take it out and put it in a rolling cart as you, the owner, previously told me. This will help avoid a lot of problems with people who consistently leave and get upset to find their laundry has been taken out of a machine. It’s always a clean nice place and I don’t go anywhere else. Thanks for making it a great experience. Highly recommended!

November 2023 by Hello
I tried to use the washing machine and two of my quarters got stuck in the machine. Lightly tapping on it would not do anything , trying to put another quarter in to roll the extra quarter out wasn't working.so I called the number and left a message. Two of the machines with my clothes in there were about to be done soI went to use the restroom and wash my hands to get my clothes out. The toilet was clogged so I couldn't figure out how to fix it to use therestroom, so I went out to wash my hands so I could get my clothes . It was only minutes at most, and two people were re taking my clothes out of the machines. I went over and asked and I wasn't being rude yet why did they take them out of the machines and the very large fat woman who was white and had long I'm guessing died blonde curly hair, rudely and I do mean rudely told me that the owner told her to take them out. I find that very hard to believe. It was not crowded there were lots of empty machines, but the fact that they had literally just finished washing and I went to wash my hands so I could do it myself that made me veryangry. And then the woman's daughter gave me this smirky in your face kind of a look on my way out but I'm not ashamed to say I told her to eat shi you can guess the rest of that word. I walked out and left another message for the owners inquiring about a refund for the quarters that were stuck in the other machine andabout the rude woman and I having to rewash the clothes because she's claiming the owners told her to take mine out? I couldn't dry them on high or they would SHRINK so I couldn't kill their gross Germs and just looking at them you can tell they weren't very worried about cleanliness. so I don't know if this woman is supposed to work for these people I don't think that she was it was after 7 p.m. so if she called and They told her I don't know what that was about because she didn't even ask before she did it. Unfortunately when I went back in that woman a couple times followed me in and outand that was not very pleasant for me it's like she wanted to fight with me so I wouldn't do it I finally decided to get all of my clothes that I had done and leave they were absolutely soaking wet. So it's now almost 2:00 p.m. the next day and I have not gotten a voicemail I did leave another voicemail asking if they could contact me so that we could discuss the situation and they did notso I'm leaving a bad review. I can also tell you that theother two wash houses they own . They are always filthyso I'm just going to go back to bulldog because there's somebody there when they need to be and they maybe a little pricey but they've always been nice to me and I haven't had any trouble in there if I had had trouble I believe those women would have done something. Very unhappy with this place

Had I not witnessed this myself, I would not believe what I am writing.Yesterday, I was washing clothes at this establishment. My attention was drawn to a lady using one of the dryers. She had opened the door to the dryer she was using and smoke was billowing out. Not steam, but smoke. The smoke began to get thick in the laundrymat so we opened both the front and back doors. It was that bad. The lady's clothes were literally being burned up in the dryer. She began to slowly pull out some of her garments and put them into one of the rolling carts. The stench was intense. Two or three of us called the number posted above the washing machines.About 30 minutes later, a person who identified himself as the owner arrived and came inside. As to this next part, again, if I have not heard this, I would not believe it. The owner actually had the nerve to claim the ladies clothes caught on fire because she was using the high setting on the dryer. He explained that it's important to read the labels on clothes so this doesn't happen. Even though this was a ridiculous statement, I piped in and asked if that was the case, then where are the warning signs about this danger posted in the laundry mat ?The owner immediately changed the subject and said all of the dryers were inspected a couple of weeks ago, and they were all just fine. Obviously, there was a serious problem with this particular dryer, but the owner did not want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Everybody in the laundry mat could've walked out, and just let the place burn up, but the owner did not seem to have any appreciation for that. I left my number with the lady and she reported back that the owner finally paid a reasonable amount of money for the destruction of her clothes.Perhaps the owner overheard me advising the lady on how small claims court works.Be careful if you do business at this laundromat.

Almost $4 to do one load of laundry?! And that's not even including drying. This is honestly ridiculous. Maybe I just haven't used a laundromat in a while, but most places I've been to were $2 a load MAXIMUM. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m here usually once a week, I usually only dry my clothes here ( I wash at home). When I visit it’s either very early in the morning or after midnight. I have never had any issues. Randomly there will be a dryer or so that is out of service, but that usually doesn’t effect anyone there!! Pretty good place to go!!

24hrs, what more can you ask for. Of course it needs a little more upkeep and remodeling but it’s nice for what it is. Only time I have is to go around 11pm and I have to thank this person for keeping their business open all hours of the day! Even if it’s not my job, I try to make sure to clean it up a bit. I know having 24hr maintenance is hard and expensive.

This used to be the best and cleanest laundromat in Athens, in my opinion.... but not anymore. It was so filthy - trash everywhere. A lot of the machines, dryers, and even 3 out of 4 change machines were also out of service. I'm not sure what happened, but it's went way downhill. It's super convenient being the only laundromat open 24/7, but with the condition of it now, I would rather just go elsewhere during regular business hours.

Most of the positive reviews are right about this place. It's a very tidy, clean, well-run laundromat. Even the bathroom is spotless, which is pretty amazing. The machines are newer, well-maintained, and work perfectly. But some of the negative comments are accurate too.1) The washers are adjusted so your clothes come out very soggy when the cycle ends, so then you have to buy more dryer time to get them dry. I don't like getting scammed, and I think it's environmentally irresponsible too. I'm sure spinning is the more energy efficient way to get most of that water out. The owner probably does it to reduce maintenance costs for the washers (motors and bearings wear out faster when used harder)-- but that dumps more cost on me, as dryer time.2) Considering how upscale this side of town is, this strip mall and everything around it is a real shocker. Reminds me of the Piggly Wiggly strip mall on North Ave. Fook Foods is the only store on this end that isn't dumpy and sketchy that way. Several reviews mention low-lifes hustling for change here. All too likely. The worst I saw was sullen "urban" attitudes. 24 hours? No way I'd come here by myself at 3 A.M.

Great place to wash and dry your clothes. The customers were nice and helpful, since I was just passing through town and had never been to that laundromat before. The only reason I gave it four stars was because there was a woman outside that kept harassing me, wanting money for food and to use my phone. That should be addressed by management. I was not the only one at the laundromat to feel this way. But overall, great place and clean.
