I had a very great experience with this location.. Jace was my tech while I was there and he is a great guy.. answered all of my questions and even showed me some tricks on my phone.. If I have any questions or problems I will be going there again..

Ask me how the District manager of AT&T stole $663.80!!! AT&T should be shut DOWN. The District manager is the worst of the worst he stole $663.00 from me and I have YET to see a dime of it back. I disputed the charges with my bank only for him to tell the bank they were valid charges and gave my bank false documents stating the charges were valid! When in fact they WERE NOT! I didn’t get anything from them other than a WASTE OF MY TIME and no PHONES. The District manager need to be fired!

Miriah was awesome and so helpful! After many hours across several days of problems and runaround with phone reps, two of my family's phones still didn't work. Everyone said they couldn't help, we'd have to wait 48 hours and try again. Then Miriah got on the phone with us and a series of customer service people and she knew the right questions to ask and advocated for us like a wizard. And finally, she figured out a solution and solved the problem! Patient, knowledgeable, good vibes, and fixed it. Thank you!

Lucas was super helpful. He did not give up until the problem was solved!! Both he and Mariah are very easy to work with. I definitely recommend this store for any products/services you need.
