Service was ok. They just did not benefit me because it was cheaper to do a trade-in through my app than with them.

Be aware of the scam artists. The guy who set me up was friendly and helpful at first. He told me about their AT&T promotion for trading in my phones. He offered me a $118/month payment plan for trading in my two phones, so I switched my carrier to AT&T. He also told me the first month's charge would be higher and lower afterward. He set me up for autopay. The first month, I paid $300, and the second month dropped to $148. But it's been up to $180 a month for the last two months. To figure out what was going on, I went to the store and talked to another guy. He told me the guy who set me up was no longer with them. He had been fired because he had set up many customers that way. I went home and called AT&T customer service all day long. Their customer service only credited me back, downgraded my plan, and canceled my insurance to make my payment lower. And I'm still stuck with two AT&T upgraded phones that I have to pay over $2000 for after trading in my two phones at the beginning. I will have to call again to straighten out this problem. I really want to file a complaint/lawsuit for this misleading customers and lack of training. I never believed I would go to a big-name store and get scammed that way.

This is an update to a previous review. We like the new phones but when it comes to being transparent and fully honest about costs and services we cannot recommend Blake the manager. Without consent he changed our plan and misrepresented not only the teacher discount which is not applicable if you're retired and also the AARP discount. He additionally implied this location was under the corporate store on Epps Bridge and it is not; the Lexington store is privately owned. This store also REQUIRES you take out the insurance or won't sell you the phone. You can then go back in 14 days and cancel the insurance but your first bill does include/require that payment. Blake comes off as very friendly saying he is going to save you money but that just isn't the case. Transparency and honesty is what keeps customers happy and coming back. We will not to this store again which is sad as we have used this location for many years. For future needs will go to the corporate store on Epps Bridge Road.

Great service- they were friendly, knowledgeable about the best deals on phone and accessories and were really patient as I picked out my phone replacement- I highly recommend this store- got a better deal than if I just picked out my phone online.

Came to the store at 5:30 pm to find a sign on the door saying went to grab lunch be back at 5:25 waited outside for 20 minutes no one ever showed up

This location is the best location I’ve been to in Athens. The workers there go above and beyond in customer service and explain everything clearly and precisely. I recommend going to the Lexington location in Athens, GA. They always make sure their customers are comfortable and get exactly what they need.
