Came to the store at 5:30 pm to find a sign on the door saying went to grab lunch be back at 5:25 waited outside for 20 minutes no one ever showed up

This location is the best location I’ve been to in Athens. The workers there go above and beyond in customer service and explain everything clearly and precisely. I recommend going to the Lexington location in Athens, GA. They always make sure their customers are comfortable and get exactly what they need.

This review is for the regional Sales Rep named Nathan only. Since regional reps don't have a home store this is the only place to post a review of the poor customer service provided by Nathan in the Athens Area. If Nathan arrives at your home during the installation of any AT&T Service do not do business with him. He is error prone (he set my wife's phone as the lead account which would cause enormous problems for any account), does not focus on customer satisfaction details (insisted that a white phone was not available, yet it was), fails to fulfill commitments and promises (by insisting we order the wrong phone but offering to swap it out after arrival, but never following through on that commitment), and will not return phone calls and texts (to correct problems that he created). The purpose of a sales rep is to "assist" in creating a better sales experience than you might have online or by phone. Nathan will do the opposite, disappointing at every turn. AT&T compounded the problems de-activating my wife's existing phone service while she was traveling and before the correct phone had been delivered (demonstrating an unacceptable degree and frequency of incompetence). Even with AT&Ts larger customer service problems (acknowledged by store staff during the poorly communicated and cumbersome return policy) most of the problems began and ended with Nathan.
